But the most frustrating interaction I had was when I took a prescription to the pharmacy and the tech advised the insurance company didn't wanna cover it... so she goes to hand me back my prescription. Seriously? Do what every other pharmacy would do and fax a preauthorization form to my doctor. The tech advised that it would probably take a week. I got it the next day. Just seemed like she didn't wanna go through the process. I guess my expectations are too high... it's Walmart after all. BTW, change the ink on your printer. I can't even read the literature that came with my prescription
