The female pharmacist LISA is by far the rudest I have ever dealt with at any pharmacy. You are treated like a child and made to feel like you are doing something wrong when you are prescribed a controlled medication. It's not normal to already know before speaking with her that there is going to be an issue. Also, when did it become the norm to argue with physicians who are treating and prescribing for their patients. There are two girls on the staff, specifically Tuesday mornings that make smart remarks, discriminatory side comments and are just disrespectful. The gentleman pharmacist who helps me get my prescriptions delivered is excellent .He's patient, calm and organized. I wish I was better at remembering names, Im awful, but a Saturday order filled and delivered within 1 hour is exceptional. This is one of the worse CVS's around! For the last couple of months there has been a problem getting my prescription on time. My doctor and my insurance allows me to get my prescription every 28 days to insure I don't run out in case of emergencies or if I have to leave the state. The pharmacist acts like they are paying for my medication and keeps saying something is going on with their system and it's calculating from the beginning of the year every time I picked my script up in 28 days which is considered early I never heard of this. The pharmacy technicians are the rudest people out there. They will roll their eyes when you ask a question while huffing and puffing. I called about a prescription and when they called me back they didn't even say hello all they said was name and date of birth. Who hires these miserable people? The pharmacy is AWFUL! It's as if they scoured the world for the least competent people they could find, pharmacists included, gave them a dash of shitty customer service, and said "now be free!" Seriously though, the pharmacy at this location is a joke. They take hours to fill simple prescriptions, and then they message you saying they are out of stock of most of them. This exact situation happened to me today. I have bronchitis and my scrips were sent over. I went over two hours later to pick them up only to find out they weren't even planning on filling 2 of the 6 scrips. None of them were controlled substances, just cold and cough meds and an inhaler. Still weren't ready. 2 hours after that I get the message that they don't have mucinex in stock....at a pharmacy.... Needless to say I have switched all my scrips to the knights road location. Maybe the pharmacy over there isn't run by total incompetents. If it is. I guess Walgreens it is from now on. If I could give them negative stars, I would. read more

Scheduled a Covid vaccine online. Ran over after work and walk in just to be told that they haven't had Covid vaccines in weeks. The tone of the pharmacy tech seemed to insinuate I should have somehow known this information despite their failure to share such information, which multiple other CVS locations were able to do without issue. I picked up a prescription for my mother today. An antibiotic. The prescription said take 1 pill every 12 hours (2x a day) for 10 days. When I got home I opened the pack to give one to my mother and it only had 10 pills (It should have held 20 pills). So I called them and they said they took a picture of it and it was 20 pills. I said I will come over and show you. So I went over and they said the same thing and showed me a picture of 20 pills. (which meant nothing to me). I'm sure its how they prevent people from asking for more, But still I only had 10 pills. They would not give me 10 more so my prescription was only half filled! After arguing with them for a while - They said they would fax the Dr and ask him for a refill of the prescription and that is the only way i could get the full prescription! So, I have to ask - who in that store is stealing antibiotics?????!!!!! And will I have to pay a second time for a prescription half filled. It was their mistake. I will see when I return tomorrow and will update this post! I called my doctor to send another refill over and now have to wait 24 hours before I can fill the extra pills. -There is something entirely wrong when you have to stop and check each pill before you leave the store! This CVS is not worth going to as the customer service is awful. And someone in that store HAD to take the pills before I got the prescription. Be warned! Check your pills and count them! This is an update --- I called CVS and asked if the prescription was ready. The woman said she could make it up now, but I was going to have to pay for it as the insurance company would not cover it because i just picked it up the day before - even though I only received half the prescription... I asked how much - it was $40.50. This was upsetting, she said I could call the ins. co. and explain what happened and maybe they would cover it. So another call to do... But then she called back in 15 min and said she did an override and the ins. co. accepted it. so price was going to be $4.50. Even though I was upset that I had to pay for it, at least it was reasonable. This is another update --- 3 daysin, I was finallyl able to pick up the prescription!! They circled on the bottle that they counted in 2x and there were indeed 20 pills - I went through the drive thru - I took my time and counted all the pills to make sure - and yes there were 20! So I was lucky that the price was reasonble. Upset that I had to pay for a 2nd prescription. But take away is that someone at CVS is stealing the pills!!! read more

Absolutely no ability to explain anything to me. One Tech couldn't find my script, then another just told me that my insurance company rejected the Rx. Couldn't tell me why. They didn't call to tell me this, but I had to just go there to see what was up. Their response was, it's not us, it's your insurance. My pharmaceutical insurance is Caremark, CVS insurance? Very unprofessional staff. Have a lot of doubt trusting them in future. I'm a retired Healthcare professional with insurance and legal expertise and their knowledge and assistance was quite deficient. The pharmacy staff is very rude and never know what they are doing. Everytime I go to that pharmacy they tell me I don't have insurance.. I went to the cvs down the street and they are able to pull up my insurance right away without any trouble. read more

So, I complained about the one in Feasterville and this one too..new employees do not know how to check the manufacturer coupons on CVS card. I have over 50 downloaded into my card..they do not wait for them to pop up on the screen, they take longer then the rewards bucks...they do not seem to know this. And then they have to scroll through them to see if any apply. Past employees who actually listen to me take the time and wait to see if they pop up. New employees rush to ring you up without checking. Need to be trained on this. thanks. read more

Very friendly..they offered me to get a discounted card for prescriptions that are quite expensive. Very helpfull throughout the process. I did not have insurance at that time. I applied for medicaid and still did not hear anything after 3 weeks. Eventually, I had to pay $102 for a prescription. But because they mentioned the discounted card, I only had to pay $60. read more
