There were more closed registers than open and the line stretched pretty far. I inquired why they had so many registers broken. They actually were working, they were just shut off because they had only one person monitoring the whole area. It's the Friday before Easter! How do they have only one person working self check out? My experience is that 1 out of 3 orders are simply either cancelled or put in a "delayed" status. And once put in "delayed" status, it's unlikely that your order will ever be fulfilled. It'll be stuck in "delayed" status indefinitely and you'll have to waste time on Walmart's chat or on the phone to get the order cancelled. The manager at this location needs retraining, -period (or better yet, he/she should NOT be a manager).
