I came in yesterday march 2nd around 4:30pm to try to get some merchandise as per usual. Im thinking that there some teens messing around, yelling and what not but turns out that it was all behind the pharmacy. I saw the manager with the red hair arguing with staff which is very unprofessional and disturbing to the many people that rely on this pharmacy. To see that this is how a manager acts. I never had such treatment by a pharmacy in my entire life. The staff glare instead of smile and never before in my life did I ever encountersuch a rude pharmacist!!!! I must use this pharmacy due to insurance, but since I began going to this location, two years ago, the customer service has been declining. I take a med which requires no gaps. The last time I went to this location was in March 2024, I almost became sick due to being without my med for a prolonged time due to the incompetence of this place and this horrible man/pharmacist!!!First, I went to pick up my med but I was told that they ran out! I was told to return after three more days. I was told that they did not do partial fills so I could not get even a couple!!! Then I was told that there was a nationwide shortage, and to return in the following week! I told the pharmacist that this was horrible and I could get sick, but he did not even look concerned. When I returned again after a week and now I was off my med for thirteen days, I spoke to the pharmacist to determine if my med was in and after an EXTREMELY long wait, he informed me that a prescription was needed for this med!!!. Are you kidding me? I've been receiving my meds there, including this one, for the two years that I've been using this location. By the way, he had me on speaker and I could hear him snickering with his co-workers, like he was punking me!!! He then said that he needed a pre-approval for this long time med!!! I told him that this was unbelievable and he said, "believe it"!!!! This is supposed to be a healthcare professional??? Our meds are important to our health! This man was totally without a moral compass!!! Funny man. One day, it will be HIM who gets treated badly by a system which has us where they want us! When that happens, I hope that he remembers to snicker and kid around about his own health because Karma is real!!! My physician attempted to contact this pharmacy three times, and she was put on hold indefinitely! My provider urged me to try a different location because she too could not believe the incompetence. I then went to a location in Levittown and what a surprise! No nationwide shortage!!! No run around!!! Courtesy and professionalism!!! Walgreens on Street Road, Bensalem, not that you care but this consumer will never even buy a pack of gum from this location ever again!!! If any person who takes meds, loves to be jerked around, by all means use this Street Road in Bensalem location!!! If not, don't waste your time on these clowns!!! read more

Terrible experience, I drove 20 minutes to this Wallgreens as I needed to develop some photos, and when arrived I found this sign: "Photo closed, back in 2 hours"... incredible! Don't waste your time to come in this place... go to CVS or Rite Aid read more

I don't know why I even bother using Walgreens photo anymore. Oh wait, yes I do, because they give the best coupons/sales. But it's become apparent why they do that; because they are so bad that no one would use them otherwise! After yesterday's experience, I AM DONE. Coupon, sale, or not. Maybe it's not all Walgreen's but the one at Knights Road & Street Road in Bensalem, PA is just awful. It all started years ago, when they could never find my order or I would say "xxx" is going to pick up the order but I would be under my name (despite the website saying otherwise). Then I would prepay online & the store would hassle "xxx" about needing to pay. In May, I complained because I ordered 5 photo books for Mother's Day which didn't arrive until a week past when they were supposed to. Now yesterday... Friday night I ordered a banner for my step-son's graduation party on Saturday. When I placed the order the website offered "pick up after 7:30 tonight" or "pick up after 8:30 tomorrow." I didn't need it until later in the day on Saturday & thinking I'd be nice & leave the immediate option open for someone else, I chose the after 8:30 option. At 10:30am, I go to pick up my order. (I will admit, I did not check to see if I got an "your order is ready" email & that's 100% my fault.) Naturally, they can't find it (that's par for the course here & im used to it). So they check the computer & I'm told "Oh, that's not ready yet. It hasn't even been worked on." After my complaint of the time frame I was told "Well, that's just an estimate. We may have been busy. I can start it now, it will be 15 minutes." I waited about 5 & then told the child working there that I'd go run another errand & be back. At 11:15, I arrived back at Walgreens to pick up my "15 minute order" to find that it's only half done. It was 11:30 by the time I finally left the store with my banner. Don't tell me 15 minutes when you clearly needed a whole hour!!!!! Please, Walgreens, don't comment on this post with "Sorry for you experience. Please call 800-...." I've got the number saved already. And I'll be calling to get my money back. THIS is to let the public know of the most frustratingly bad experiences I've had at the Kights Road & Street Road store. Horrible trying to get pain medicine with someone that even has cancer! Walgreens and cvs both are the worst!!!!

This is the second time they messed up my order. Went in a few minutes ago apparently they couldn't finish the order which was supposed to be done by 4:30pm. I got there after 6:00pm and it wasn't done. The job was half done sitting on the copier. The guys asked me to come back tomorrow. The copier keeps jamming because they have heavy stock paper and the manager came there twice, looks half asleep and walked around like she doesn't care. Last year they messed up my order, I let them have it because it was a technology issue. This time they messed up my order. They didn't bother fixing the copier and showed no care to fix it. read more

My boyfriend had to grab plan b contraceptive for me. He didn't realize that the box was slightly opened when returning home. I figured it was just a teenager who opened it to try to steal the pill so I continued to open until I saw the foil peeled back where the pill was. Luckily I investigated the pill and found out that it was in fact a steroid NOT the contraceptive. The pill was switched out and placed back on the shelf. I returned to this location to exchange and the manager quickly gave me a new one and rushed me out of the store. He didn't even make the time to do the transaction, pretty much shoved the new one at me. No apologizes or money back for the inconvenience. Very shady and no concern from management at all. I will definitely not be going back to this location. I've been a customer there for almost 10 years. I have no problem making a longer trip to a CVS. read more

Don't follow thier own return policy. Attempted to return an item which I was allergic to and just get a different brand. Was told no that wasn't thier policy. When I bought pictures and show him the back of the receipt where it clearly states the policy he still refused. No wonder why they are cutting 300 jobs. Not quite sure how their pharmacist got a job as a pharmacist... Surely there was no education required. I sent my dad to fill a prescription for me by the name Jolessa. My prescription label reads "Levonorgestral/Ethinyl Estradiol", which is Jolessa/Seasonale. The pharmacist proceeded to argue with him telling him that it was a completely different drug, calling it a "tricyclic", which, when I googled what the hell that meant, nothing but antidepressants came up, and I assure you my birth control is not an antidepressant. Long story short -- the pharmacist is a fool and doesn't seem to know what they're doing. read more
