This place has ZERO customer service. Closes at 7:00. So even though I'm waiting in line, 7:01 and the drawer comes out and we are closed. I'm sorry. I had been going there for almost 15 years but these last three have taxed me beyond belief. The hand written sign of the computer rebooting being up in the drive up window is too often. If they are understaffed or do not want to be cold - say so. When I have to walk in and see obviously the screen saver is up and running and has been - don't lie. This was last straw. After the numerous screw ups and issues over the last three years along with the attitude and lack of good customer service is now the final straw. I have seen them screwing up other Rx and I have had numerous issues over time that this was it. I have seen them say we don't carry an item or direct blame stating Rx was not ready yet people had it on their phones to pick it up. Enough. read more

CVS PHARMACY PHARMACIST AND THE TECH, were beyond rude and calling me a liar. My wife is pregnant and sick at home the doctor called in a prescription for her yesterday to be filled didn't get a call til today from the pharmacist herself telling us that my wife's medicine will be ready by 11am. So I drive over from Breinigsville to the catasaqua rd Location and I go into ask for the medicine. And they told me that I was a liar and I was told that if I got a call it was saying that it was out of stock, and it "should be ready tomorrow". And I said NO your the ones lying because my wife spoke to the pharmacist on the phone and we were told it was ready. And I asked if other stores had it in stock and they told me yes all the other ones have It. I said ok so transfer it to a store that has it please. And the tech told me we'll see what we can do. Like my wife is pregnant at home and sick and you want to play games with me right now. I don't think so. I want the tech fired, and I want the blonde hair pharmacist to take a freakin class in customer service and to be talked to about how she should relay information. My son set his alarm, got up at midnight Sunday to schedule a Covid rapid test. He scheduled it for 4:45 today. He was planning AHEAD to spend Christmas with us. He got a call today saying that his test was cancelled. He was offered NO options. Again he was offered NO options. Don't count on this site even if you are doing the right thing they may just cancel you and make absolutely NO attempt to rectify their problem. read more

This is the cvs I go to when I want to print pictures (rare anymore) and pick up some makeup basics. Last time I stopped in, staff was stocking shelves and blocking displays with carts that I was looking at so pushed one aside to grab a product. The staff member got huffy that I moved a cart to pick up a product to buy.... Strange read more

I was only 2 minutes late for a COVID test and the lady there told me that they need to take the next customer. How does this work when I have an appointment and a specific time slot? I was also told that morning that there is a 30 window in your time slot. So rather than argue with me she could have been doing my test. The people there suck and dont care about your health. read more

I'm not sure that people would normally write a review about a drug store but my experience was so wonderful I felt I had to. Julianne the pharmacist could not have been kinder or more efficient. I had stopped in about 25 mins before closing and her hospitality was extra ordinary. 5 mins later, my prescription was filled and this included her checking on my new coverage. After another purchased and an equally wonderful experience with the young lady at the front counter, you can rest assured all my business will go to this location. read more

My bill amount was not correct, charging me more. When I questioned why, the cashier didn't know why. I had her call the manager who was not nice, not helpful and rude. Made sure I looked at her name tag, manager Marilyn. After she adjusted my total, she walked away....no sorry, no thanks for your patience, no come again.....so my warning would be to check your receipt or visit another cvs so you don't have to deal with manager Marilyn. read more
