The staff was very nice, but I'm shocked at the condition of the store. The floors are very dirty and stained. The shelves were really messed up. A lot of the items were missed placed some items are actually laying on the floor. I was really surprised. Staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. read more

This is a terrible representation of CVS pharmacies. The staff at pharmacy counter are arrogant and rude. We have gotten prescriptions filled for 15 years and this bunch has to be the top worst ever. On vacation from NE FL & had a reaction with a medication and the sun so my Dermatologist phoned in a prescription. After reading reviews I was leery I had chosen the wrong location to pick up my prescription but was super pleasantly surprised. I called when I was almost there to make sure they had received the order and by the time I had made it to the counter, it was all ready for me. The Pharmacist working this evening was very professional and personable and even though he appeared to be working solo, very efficient. I'm afraid I didn't get his name but kudos! The pharmacist was working completely alone, he was the most friendly and helpful pharmacist. I had to sit on hold for a very long time which I understood after I got there and he was working alone. I always have issues with these pharmacists. Most of them are rude. There's only one younger man who's been helpful and nice. I don't know his name. The rest are trash. This time I had a couple other things to get so I just bought everything at the pharmacy counter along with my medicine. She gave me my change, gave me my bag after asking if I needed a cap to pour the medicine in (I told her I already had one at home), and told me to have a nice day. I get home and my medicine bag is empty. I frantically check everywhere thinking it fell out. Can't find it. I call them and this lady tells me she told me to wait for the medicine to get filled (she did not). How tf are you gonna give someone an empty medicine bag? They've never given me the bag and then told me to wait. Never. That's never how it works. I'm just mad I drove all the way home before realizing. The last thing she said was "have a nice day" that, in all scenarios, means this transaction is over. I hate this place. read more

Missed the pharmacy close time by 10 minutes to pick up emergent albuterol for our asthmatic son. Pharmacist and staff refused to make exception nor showed any empathy. They told us to go across the street to Walgreens. Ridiculous. Unsafe. No compassion for a sick little boy. read more

I called in a prescription for a patient and asked if it was possible to pick it up within the hour because we had an extremely complicated discharge plan that involved traveling, coordinating a locksmith, and time restrictions. They assured us that it could be done. When we arrived an hour later they told us that it would be another half hour. I told them I called and explained that we needed to meet someone and they responded "everyone has some story." About ten minutes later they told us that they didn't have one of the meds, ten minutes after that they told us another one of the meds wasn't approved and cost $400. Went to pick up pictures and have a prescription filled. Stood at the photo counter for 2 or 3 minutes with 2 employees 10 feet away stocking shelves and was ignored. So I went to the prescription counter where there were no less than 3 pharmacists (?).Two were discussing lunch plans and the 3rd was working on something else. Again I was ignored. Went back to the photo counter and finally found someone to get my pictures. Left with my prescription in hand and headed to another pharmacy. Never to return to this CVS again. read more

Went there on vacation & had 2 prescriptions filled. The staff were very nice & the store well stocked. Left thinking "What a good store". Upon returning home from vacation I discovered that 1 of my prescriptions had been shorted by 6 tablets! That left me a problem because I was not supposed to refill it according to the records, I had 3 days of medication left, which I did not. Unable to reach my doctor in time, I had to miss 2 doses of a medication I am not supposed to skip. Yes the staff were nice but because of the problem they caused me I will not go back when I move there. If you go, don't leave until you count your pills in front of them. I would understand missing 1 pill but 6? That's pretty bad. read more

Terrible service in the pharmacy, understaffed, gave me the wrong dosage on a prescription TWICE, the wrong prescription entirely one other time. Other issues going on - last time I went there was 5 people with issues with their prescriptions that needed to be fixed that had to wait at least 20 minutes to get fixed. read more
