With so many Publix around, If the opportunity presents itself I can go a little further and try a different Publix for the first time. That was the case this time. My visit to this Publix got off to a slow start with only one sandwich maker helping customers while another was building a line of subs for what I assume was for online or delivery orders. The deli manager jumped in to help me, so now there were three people and still that line of subs, all working on the counter. Kind of fun to watch, but probably not the most efficient setup. The manager got my two subs built, doing almost as well as people that build subs every day all day long. With a friendly goodbye, I headed to the grocery checkout area to pay for my food. The custom Italian Sub looked a little beat up and soggy by the time I got it unwrapped, and it was very good and filling.

My surgeon suggested I take my prescription to Eckerds where its great pharmacist took the time to write out the exact language my doctor needed to get me exactly what I needed. I gave that information to my doctor, he wrote a new prescription, and the pharmacy was able to fill it the way I needed it and, and my insurance company covered it. I think I've found a new pharmacy.

They help in ways other pharmacies wouldn't. Like talk with your insurance company for approvals etc. They also deliver when you're not able to get to them.
