My favorite 7-11 out of all the others close by. Yes it's kinda dirty, cashier has his moments, but I like the location.

Probably one (1) of the worst 7 11's that I have had the unpleasant experience of entering. 1. Always dirty, inside & out. 2. Customer service is a jump ball, sometimes they are pleasant, mostly, there is No smile, eye contact or human acknowledgement, a computer generated service would be preferred. I was told that No grocery bags are allowed in the store anymore; I could leave it on the floor next to the pile of backpacks. The owner should be fined and denied the Right to own any American business! read more

Helpful employees!!!! They were so kind and helpful, on these days it's hard to find. They deserve a raise!

The store is Ok, been to a lot worse and better too. Kind of questionable with street people hanging outside at times. But not too bad, have never seen any trouble there. I go there about 3 days a week. Bottom line, could have a security guard there, as many do. But that costs money. I will continue to go there. read more

This Was worse 711 ever been in my entire life and I love 711. The employees were nasty smelling and just down right dirty looking and their composure made it even more worse of an experience!! I hate to say this but the girls, I am assuming were suppose to be labeled as a or Cashiers, but they had no uniform and looked like they just woke up off the street from sleeping on the front sidewalk and into the store behind the counter to work.. I mean huh!!!! I mean just I don't have a word as in how to describe the experience and situation.. Not only that but they were extremely rude and condescending to top it off.. I witnessed one of the cashiers that was the rudest while on her phone on her shoulder resting while talking it seemed to be her boyfriend with no gloves or protection grab food out of the food glass heated holding bare handed in front of a long line with a nasty looking mouth horrible looking I might add and throw it together to bring to the counter. Ibwas so disgusted and from the response from the other half of the line was on the same page as myself! All I wanted was to get the Heck out of their and wash almost seemed like before I got in my car.. Yes no exaggeration at all and I am not even the type to ever post reviews but I thought it may not change anything at all with that organization, I shouldn't even label as.....but I had to express to someone my experience and about 25 others voices I feel, felt the same.. Whomever this reaches if it is within, I hope your aware of your responsibility that's a complete failure as I feel it wouldn't be difficult to state, Iam positive everyone else visiting feels the same.... The rudest and most aweful customer service I ever received don't go here unless you want to be treated like you've done something wrong for walking in the store. THere maybe one or two employees That are ok and nice and you can see on their face how awkward they feel about the owners and other employees rudeness and screaming they do. Those employees don't stay working there long though read more

Just left the store after the woman working inside screamed at me that I needed to take off my purse backpack because of all the theft. My son and I were buying cereal and milk and then we're going back to our hotel. She screamed it across the store as she was checking about half a dozen people out. Unbelievably rude and embarrassing. We immediately left. No one should be treated that way especially customers who are innocently shopping my hands were full it was no way I was going to use my purse backpack to take the items I was buying. read more

My name is Jessica. I live and work in Bradenton, Florida. I usually have no bad experiences when entering in one of your stores, however, yesterday that completely changed. My family and I entered one of your stores and we witnessed one of your employees by the name of "Martin" physically attack and assault a 25 year old female. I called the corporate phone number your website provided me with yesterday and the complaint was then given to the owner of the store. This gentlemen called me and made excuses for said employee (who is still working at this store) and told me the girl more or less deserved it because she wouldn't leave the store. I work for a law office and I am fully aware that it is illegal in the state of Florida for any store worker or employee to physically restrain someone or assault them. The fact that a 7 year old child of mine had to witness these things and 7/11 does not seem to care is absolutely crazy. I will be seeking legal action as my child is now scared to enter stores and gas stations. That should not be a concern a child has. If it were customers fighting it would be easily explained. But my son and I and my mother witness this employee that is a representation of your company and name, jump over the counter and start assaulting and STRANGLING a customer. This is unbelievable behavior and nothing seems to be being done about it. The man is still working at this location and myself and my family has been trespassed from this location. I don't understand what wrong I have done other than be a witness to the events that took place. I do not want to speak to the owner of the store, as he does not care about the events that took place. This is a representation of your company and name and I plan to seek legal action and take these incidents viral. 7/11 is a joke right now and I have video proof of what took place and want to go to the media about this. I want to speak with someone who cares and has authority in regards to this. Not the owner of that store because he is rude and unprofessional and I truly hope that 7/11 is better than this. read more
