My wife went up later and spoke to another tech (who was absolutely wonderful-Danielle) and she said she doesn't know why they were cancelled. My wife told her I know why- it's the lady in drive through as she's a real problem because she apparently doesn't like my family for some reason. Danielle said she would take care of us and in 5 minutes I had the meds I needed. She needs to go. It should be illegal to cancel medications just because you hate our name or something. This isn't the first time. It's repeated regularly each time we have to dea with her there's a problem with our meds.

Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag. I came to the pharmacy to pick up one prescription, it was exactly 1:30 PM. I didn't know It's a lunch break but the window was still open and there were no other customers behind me. The pharmacy technician told me to come back later and close the window in front of my eyes. And there were 2 other technicians there, it would give her just a minute to give me my prescription.
