If something is missing from an order and I mention it, he responds with an attitude rather than helpfulness. I also notice him constantly bossing around other employees at the drive-thru window, which makes the experience unpleasant. On the other hand, Director Christie is always a pleasure to see. She's polite, professional, and supportive of her team, and it's clear she leads by example. Her presence makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. I truly don't understand how the other gentleman is in a management role, as his behavior is the opposite of what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A's usual high standards of customer service.
