Dan the pharmacist is extremely rude and unhelpful! Cost me a lot of time and running around that was unnecessary! How is this guy the manager!? I feel bad for the other staff that has to work around this jerk. The other staff members are nice and do a great job. This review is just for Dan the pharmacist. Lost my business as long as this man is working there. Needs to learn some people skills if his career choice is dealing with the public. And I'm not the only one who has this opinion. read more

The pharmacy does not deserve even one star. They are not only incompetent but also very rude. The pharmacist does not know how to talk to people. She speaks st you. she is loud , she interrupts people when you are in the phone with your provider. The nurses at my provider apologize to me for having to delAl with her after getting my 86 yo father out of the hospital post a surgical hip. Walmart was a pleasure after CVS pharmacy. read more

I understand that pharmacies have a huge volume of customers with a variety of needs, but for the life of me, WHY does it take 30 minutes to get through TWO customers at a drive through?! This is consistently the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I'll be switching to the other big name pharmacy in town....as soon as I get through this line to get my prescription! read more

Went to CVS this morning and there were no registers open! Only someone helping a elderly gentleman with the self service machine. Asked if that was the only way to check out? She said she would go behind the counter if I wanted her to like it was a inconvenience for her. So yes I would. Guess I'll be looking for a drug store that cares about customer service. read more

This pharmacy has one intelligent pharmacy technician. I don't know his name but he is a tall guy of Asian descent. He is the only one who knows his job. The others doesn't seem to know anything and have people waiting in the drive thru for 48 minutes or more. The phone is never answered in a timely manner. This store is ridiculous read more

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered online 12 picture for same day pick up( they said online it would take an hour to have them ready) I got there to pick them up 2 hours later. They tell me they aren't ready and will call me later when they are. 2 days later I go back because I haven't heard anything and they tell me that they still aren't ready and that I need some come back. Never going there again. The manager was absolutely no help. read more

We have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still have two cars ahead of us. The service at this pharmacy has gotten so bad over the years. To make it even worse my medication count has been wrong more times than not. It should not be taking each car this long. Changes need to be made. read more
