They did not see the prescription in their system, went back just before closing and they still did not see it and seemed not to care. The prescription was for a common antibiotic and I showed them in MyChart that the doctor had input it as well as the doctor's name. No concern they would not do anything. I asked for one pill for the evening as prescribed and the problem could be resolved in the morning. No to doing that. Had it been a narcotic they certainly should not do it but no excuse for not doing it with all the information available. CVS culture is not what it use to be.

When I arrived, I was told repeatedly by the pharmacy tech that the cost for the pickup was $54, despite the fact I had two insurances. After telling them twice that could not possibly be correct, and them insisting it was, I told them I didn't want the script and left. When I got home, I told my wife about my interaction and that I left without the prescription. My wife called and asked for a supervisor. After the supervisor looked it up, it turns out the cost was $0.54 cents. She asked if I could still pick it up and they said yes. Today June 12th, I made the nearly 50 mile trip again, only to get home and discover that the instructions on the label complied with my Dr.'s instruction to take the medication for 9 days but the bottle only contained enough medication for 5 days. The number of pills identified on the label did not match the number of pills in the bottle. Now, after 2 days of attempts to get the medication and 96 miles of driving, I'm just going to be done with them. I have no other choice but to call my Dr., ask for another prescription for 4 days and have it called into any pharmacy in Camden EXCEPT this one.

If you have expectations that your prescription on file will be filled without having to prompt the…read morepharmacists, courteous and friendly staff, be able to speak to someone directly if you call instead of leaving an unreturned voicemail or have staff return from lunch on time, this is not the place for you. Despite my doctor sending in my script each month, this pharmacy will not fill it until I personally go there and ask them to. You cannot call and speak to anyone, as they only have a voicemail in which to leave a message. If you ask how to ensure your medication will be ready each month, they will rudely tell you to leave a message, yet they never respond to it or probably even listen to it. Some of them will flat out ignore you right in front of your face as you ask a question. If they tell you your prescription will be ready in 30 minutes, you might want to add another 1.5 hours to that timeline. If they say it will be ready the next day, you will need to plan to go there personally to remind them to fill it and then plan to go back again to pick it up. One of the most poorly ran pharmacies I have ever encountered.
