Disappointed with the service during a simple medicine pickup, it turned into a frustrating 45-minute ordeal. Long wait times, poor communication, and too much back-and-forth between counters. They really need to improve how they manage customers, especially when it's something as routine as an insurance update and prescription pickup. Worst CVS ever! For one they barely offer any drinks to buy. Secondly they are out of everything all the time. The only thing that is good there is the pharmacy. Whomever does their ordering needs to get fired! It's so ridiculous! If you can't afford to order things to purchase for the store, you need to sell it someone else. I went there today and the self checkout froze up when I was trying to cash out. Which my total was going to be $14, I lost all of my coupons. So then a worker rung up my order and then for some reason my new total was $20, not sure how that happened! So I lost $6 of coupons. Very annoyed! How come you can't fill the store shelves? There has been many times i have gone to this store and they are always out of what I came there to get! Today out of clear shipping tape and my favorite gum! I've seen some negative reviews, but personally have always had friendly service . I wanted to add a review after my experience today. The pharmacy staff were exceptional. They worked to get me a savings card for my med which saved me $50. They did this efficiently and with a smile and respect. I'm sure it was a pain for them but they never showed that. This has to be the worst CVS in the area, The Pharmacy is extremely slow picking up a prescription refill or a new one. The pharmacy clerks are slow and rude and they don't understand english I tried to pick up a RX waited 5 deep in line which one clerk waited with on another customer pickup for 15 minutes while the line got even longer. This is common at this CVS pharmacy In short they are very slow moving and rude, after I spelled my name 5 times and DOB I was told to just relax by the clerk. I just left after that. The lady Leena at the front register, is lazy and rude she doesn't do her job at all, there were customers at the self checkout so I go to the register and the lady is sitting right there ignoring us while she is on her phone, then my boyfriend rings the bell and she continues to tell us that she doesn't have to check us out because the self checkout is open so we have to wait, and so I proceed to ask her do you get paid just to sit on your phone and her response was yes, and she laughed and walked away. This cvs is highly not recommended if you plan on needing some sense of help with anything because Leena did not see to care about helping us so I could checkout at the register instead of having to wait behind all these people. She was rude and then started to run her mouth when we asked for her name and we said we would just call corporate because this is ridiculous that she was able to just sit there on her ass and get paid by the hour and when people need help, she was disrespectful and next time I go in there I really hope the CVS can do better because if not I promise my concerns will go further and this also happened at 6:48pm on Sunday March 16th 2025 this is very real review and if you don't believe just go there and ask the dummy behind the counter for help and you guys will see how far it gets ya. I have never been yelled at and spoke so rudely to by a pharmacist Ever Until now. I won't say his name but he is the head pharmacist at Cherry Hill and Canton Center and he is rude and condescending and really just obnoxious. He will just keep speaking over you. He kept telling me I spoke to him about my issue. Yes I agreed I spoke with him but he wasn't the one I talked to when I called to get a price for my prescription. I said unless you are a Female it wasn't you. He kept insisting he was the only one I spoke to. Well sorry but NOPE. The woman I got the price from apparently didn't know what she was doing and gave me a price that was $150 less than they are charging me. That's a lot of money. I asked what's the point in getting a price if you can't count on it being correct. He was just like oh well that's the price. I can understand a mistake but that's a big one and he was SO RUDE!!!!! Never going back. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. I've been going there for years and this isn't the first time I've had to deal with his crappy behavior and have finally had enough. This is a nice and clean store. However, the Cashiers should take a moment and work with each customer individually. Cashiers should customers what they need and then send them home contented before moving to the next customer. This place is an unorganized current example of healthcare post Covid. Lengthy breaks at random times in the day, advertises walk-in clinic and with 5 appointments available tell me they are booked. Cherry Hill, Canton No location. Went to the Minute Clinic. No one else was there and the wait list board was empty. Two more people came and signed in after us. All I needed was one vaccine for my daughter so she could return to school. After 45 mins, we realized those two people that came in after us had been taken in before us. The kind gentleman at the pharmacy called in to her asking if we were on the lost and we were. He expressed that we had been waiting a long time and had signed in first. He asked if the nurse would come out to talk with us not a moment. She barely peeked her head out the door and rudely informed us that there were two more people in front of us. I looked at the board and the estimated wait time was 45 mins which we had ready waited. Our name showed an additional 35 mins on top of that. This was not the first time this nurse has been rude to me. Last time we were there for the same thing, one quick school vaccine, we came an hour before the minute clinic closed and were rudely turned away by her, saying she doesnt take any more patients an hour before she closes. I will never go there again. Terrible experience. Please get a new nurse. read more

I went in their last night to get my wife's prescription filled. i was shocked at how the pharmacists were working. They were working at the speed of a white castle grill cook. The pharmacy This is not a neighborhood friendly place as the ads would have you believe. We have had a few uncomfortable incidents---and never found a friendly or helpful person. My mother went for her flu shot and had to stand in line forever just to get a form. After filling it out, she waited an hour for the shot only to be told that they had run out of the extra strength flue shot recommended for seniors. Get a call from a computer that my prescription is ready for pickup. Wife goes by on the way home from work and they said that the doctor screwed up the prescription and they have to call. This was 11:00 am and had to 6:00 p.m. to fix it. Why did the computer call if it was ready? Get a 2nd call at 2:00 that your prescription is ready. Head down at 8:00 and get the same story from the pharmacist but instead of apologizing he lectures me in front of other customers. Lets just say the next five min did not go well for him. This used to be my FAVORITE pharmacy- many of the pharmacists and staff greeted me by name. The overnight pharmacists were the best. They took the time to get things right and they did it in a friendly manner. The drive thru was often crazy-busy during the day but after midnight this place was wonderful. That all changed when they cut the pharmacy hours to save money. No longer are they 24 hours (however the store still is). Not only did they shorten the pharmacy hours - they cut them to the bone. What used to be 24 hours now closes an hour earlier than any other CVS around! The drive-thru is always backed up and I rarely see the same technicians twice. I often work nights so this has negatively impacted me so much that I am now considering changing to the RiteAid closer to my home. No reason to go 3 miles out of my way for the lackluster performance of this place now. Shame on you CVS. read more

I had ear pain and had family in to visit so I didn't have a lot of time to sit around a couple hours at an Urgent Care. I decided to try this Minute Clinic this past weekend. The NP was very professional and did a nice job. I will not hesitate to come back here for my families mild ailments. This store is very clean. The staff for the most part are very friendly and knowledgeable about where items are/may be. The stock always seems to be in full bloom. Not to mention the variety in which they offer is bigger than I expected. However, as mentioned by others the checkout time can be an extremely slow process. But when they see a line start to increase significantly they call more employees over to help speed things along. Overall I am very happy with this store. read more
