So many items were out of stock - it was like Covid days all over again. It was hard to find an employee for help. The pharmacists could answer some questions but they are not part of the store/floor so I was left with walking out empty handed and going to a Walgreens instead. read more

Very nice CVS open 24 hours, with a wide assortment of convenience store items that you can find at any CVS plus maybe some items you can only find at this one! In addition to cashiers they also have self check-out kiosks as well. Highly recommended! read more

This is the worst pharmacy that I've encountered. The wait time is ridiculous, and the customer service is horrible. Additionally, the CVS corporation has now forced all callers to only speak w/an automated system; therefore, if you need to speak to the pharmacist, you have to wait for them to return your call, which may or may not happen. I was not able to refill my dog's prescription via the phone because they didn't put my dog's true date of birth in the system. They use a generic DOB for all dogs. As a result, the system would not allow me to request the refill because I couldn't verify the DOB they put in the system. I had to drive to the store just to request the refill and then drive back serveral HOURS later to pick it up. Meanwhile, my dog was in need of his medicine. I'll be transferring my dog's prescriptions to a different pharmacy because I will no longer subject myself to CVS's poor customer service. THIS particular CVS pharmacy (store #8121) is the worst. I really don't feel that the poor reviews for this store matters to CVS because they make the bulk of their money from being located near the hospital, which is why they're a 24-hour pharmacy. They need the proper manpower to service ALL customers properly. read more

I made an error and pressed the wrong button (the provider button), and Michelle, proceeded to raise her voice at me for my error (bringing me to tears) and then when I explained that my provider sent the prescription to the incorrect pharmacy, she told me that I had 2 options: to leave a message at the correct pharmacy, or 2. call back to their pharmacy and leave a message. I did leave a message on both of the pharmacy lines. I am recovering postoperatively at home, and have a small toddler, and was just trying to get the correct medication at the nearest pharmacy, and I was treated with hostility. This is a problem that I hope the cvs pharmacy will address. Patients should not be treated this way, and I did apologize for my error in pressing the incorrect button. read more

The worst EVER! Incredibly incompetent pharmacy, in the 19 years I have lived nearby, they have never got one prescription correct. Never on time, never friendly, and after not going there for a few years, today I made the mistake of dropping off a simple mouth wash Previ Dent prescription. The technician told me it would be ready in an hour. I returned an hour later, and the technician told me they did not have the medicine. Then she said they do have it...but then she said no, I asked, why couldn't that have called me....nothing...... I asked for the Supervisor, she said Sarah.... Sarah looked her and said ...does he have a question? I said no I had a complaint at which time she rolled her eyes..... I went to Walgreens, they were friendly and it took 15 minutes. One of the pharmacy techs is always very rude on the phone. I cringe when she is the one that answers. Also they have updated their online website and app and it does not even show your new prescriptions when the physician renews them. Then when you call to see if you can get them filled you get snapped at by the mean pharmacy tech. read more

I'm so glad this location is open 24/7-we needed a gallon of water and we found it here! Only downside is it is a dollar more then what you pay in the grocery store. Location was clean and service was good. read more

I went to this CVS to have prescription filled. I was told it would be 20 minutes so I decided to get some last minute Christmas gifts in that time. I was walking around looking for gifts when I noticed an employee (he had a CVS name tag on) following me. I went to another aisle and noticed he was still following me. Every time I looked at him he would put his head down pretending to be shopping. Remember he is an employee. After about 3 or 4 times I felt very uncomfortable and went and sat by the pharmacy to wait for my prescription. I am a senior female resident of Livonia and did nothing wrong and was treated like a criminal. I can't imagine what a younger person of color would have been treated like. Sandy, the nighttime pharmacist at this CVS, knows me by name and is very pleasant to work with. I always feel safe going to this location, even in the middle of the night and I rarely find any merchandise that's not in stock. Highly recommended. read more
