Won't answer the damn phone. At least Walgreens does that! Most frustrating experience with a pharmacy I've ever had.

The worst CVS I've been to in my life however there are things you can change easily: - Young lady behind the pharmacy was standing around and complaining while a helpful young guy was getting my meds for me and helping find a support - Young lady went out of her way to warn me that the pharmacy closed in 7 minutes and that I should be on my way. I'm standing there in pain trying to get equipment and my meds and she's pushing me out. A normal human being would have come around from the counter to assist an injured person, but this chap is in a world of her own. She could have let the guy do his job. She could have asked if I could hobble over to the front counter, while they close up, instead she had to make me feel unwelcomed and remind me that if my business wasn't conducted in under 7 minutes that she would be dissatisfied. She should have helped or at the very least let him do his job and me be on my way. - I feel bad for the guy working there that he has to deal with her. Manager reading this please fire her and promote him. You need some wins and she's part of the culture ruining your location. CVS has lots of employees you can shift over there or hire new lots of people are out of work. Let the kid help choose the new employee he's hard working and will regrow a new culture in your store location. - There are about a dozen ants running around the table in the handicapped seating area by the pharmacy right next to where you get vaccines. Unsure if that's a code violation but rather disconcerting. Never seen that in a drugstore before and I've been in some ghettos. read more

I called and asked if cvs could get my prescription from a certain manufacturer. They said the could. kept telling me they could get it. Then, at the time when i ran out of this medication, they told me they couldn't get it. Wasted 10 days and now I am out of my medication. Pathetic. read more

Came in for flu vaccine and Covid booster. Was asked for my vaccine card. Male pharmacy tech asked for picture which I provided. Young female tech with long brown hair rudely informed me that they had to have the actual card. There was no need to talk to me that way. If you're having a bad day don't take it out On Your customer. So I drove another 30 minutes round trip to get it. Imagine my surprise when I got back and the person in front of me didn't have their card and they accepted a picture. Seriously??? CVS your employees need to do better. CVS has everything the other Drug Stores have , but lower prices. If you sign up on line for a CVS sard you can even save more. This store is very clean and the staff is friendly. You can get Passport Photos here also. read more

I scheduled a vaccine booster. Gave them my insurance information plus all the personal detail they clearly don't need. On the date of the appointment, I show up about 10 minutes early and am directed to their piece of junk red kiosk. Press A you get Q. Press S you get D. What should take 1 minute takes 5, because, you know, the red kiosk scrambles everything you type in. And, then guess what happens - an error. Try again. Another error. Try again. Another error. I finally get so frustrated that I go searching for somebody and, of course, nobody is around except the cashier who says she can't help. After wandering/waiting around for 10-15 minutes, a medical person (evidently lounging in a closed room all this time) opens the door to leave. I ask for some help, and get a brusque "I have no appointments this afternoon ... you have to go check in at the other desk by the pharmacy". What moron organized two different desks within steps of each other with two different check in systems?!? I go to the other desk and the clerk asks for my personal information (several times). After enough typing on their computer to write a small book, they tell me they can't take Blue Cross Blue Shield for vaccines and ask if I want to pay $300+ myself. Ridiculous. CVS couldn't figure this out when I made the appointment? The whole experience just proves, again, that CVS is a disorganized waste of time. read more

Bad customer service they have this man as a cashier who doesn't care eating his snack in front of customers and no helping, shame of yourself why they hired such a old person if they are tired of working there well just quit and give the young people a chance to improve this bad customer service. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I MEAN NEVER!!! Drive through service is fine, but once in awhile I need to talk to someone if I am traveling and no one answers. When I am in the store I hear an overhead voice saying "pharmacy call on line 1" phone call on line 2" and the techs still don't answer, even if they are not doing anything. While my daughters and I were waiting for our flu shots the voice said "pharmacy call on line 1,2,3,4,5" and still no one answered. My 12 year old was like "why don't they answer the phone?" Waited in line over 10 minutes in the drive through. Finally got sick of waiting and came inside only to find out that they only had 1 of 2 prescriptions ready. Normally I wouldn't be mad about this but I came here earlier and my doctor had called it in to the wrong CVS. So she verified that they had 2 prescriptions for me that they would switch over from the other cvs. Time to switch. read more

I'm not a big pharmacy chain supporter, I prefer small local places. However the folks here are excellent. I've had the opportunity to visit several times. The Pharmacy is consistently BAD!!!! By bad I mean, long wait times, whether in the drive-thru or standing at the counter, horrible service once a clerk finally waits on you. They are always out of drugs I need to refill, terrible communication from clerks re: follow up to out of stock drugs! I will not ever use any CVS again due to this stores consistently poor service. There is a Walgreens just down the street a mile or so, they now ALL my business even though I must pass by CVS to get to Walgreens. Take my word for it, dont waste your time at CVS on Kildaire Farm you will only frustrate yourself with their ineptness to do thier job! read more

Our family frequents this CVS and can get what we need and get out quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I find the staff to be patient and helpful, particularly when it comes to manipulating coupons with their in house dollar deals. I enjoy shopping at this particular CVS about once a week and have had great savings but the patience of the staff makes the experience completely worthwhile. I seldom have had to wait in line for longer than five minutes and while sometimes the pharmacy is very busy, overall the time spent with each customer is above and beyond what I have experienced at other pharmacies. read more

This is my go-to drugstore of choice. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful as well. I always am in and out of there in a flash, which really helps when you have a busy schedule. I have also been pleased with their Minute Clinic service as well. The manager of the pharmacy should be ashamed of the service provided at his CVS. My insurance changed forcing a move from Walgreens to CVS. WOW! What a difference.
