They worst drug store on all the east coast. 5 years and I have had nothing but problems !! Some how my insurance info is always changing in their computer. I got an answer today and said well that's the way it is! Then proceeded to tell me my next prescription I will be charged $98.00‍ Mind you it is a tier 1-2 drug ! Under Medicare it's covered. realy exceptionally POOR customer service at this location. I orderd a special medicine and told them I needed it the next day. They explained it might be hard to source. When I called the next day for an update, I was given incorrect information on this urgently required medication. They said I had to call the CVS Specialty Medication line but didn't know the number. I guess no one at this CVS reads their Yelp reviews and theyjust do not care. read more

I have called this pharmacy four times in the last two days to check on a prescription that my doctor called in 3 days ago. Three times I held over 15 or 20 minutes only to be disconnected. I finally got someone on the line, but the girl who answered interrupted me while I was talking and when I mentioned the phone was disconnected three times, she didn't even respond. Horrible customer service! Finally they're getting around to filling my prescription. It should've be so difficult for them to get a prescription filled and have some small ability to provide a minimum level of customer service. read more

Poor service, although friendly while doing a poor job. Called to schedule a vaccine shot and was told no need to schedule, just best to walk-in between 11:00 - 1:00. Frankly, my sense was they did not want to be bothered taking the info to schedule. I came in at 11:45, was told I should have scheduled an appointment, they were too busy and to come back after 2:00. Came back at 2:45, waited 10 minutes at the window to be acknowledged. Told to wait in the waiting area. It was another 25 minutes before they came to give me a shot, which took less than 5 minutes from entering the room to leaving. read more

Great store, anyone that says this is a bad store is incredibly ignorant or just a bad customer that probably doesn't deserve the PRIVILEGE of good customer service. Speaking of the staff and photo department, went above and beyond to make a bad experience with the online 3rd party system's non-existent inventory management less harmful to a gift. When they had nowhere near enough magnets to print a large order for a birthday and travel gift (supposedly same day printing from the online portal), the store called other local stores and really made an huge effort. My review is on the bathroom-wow not only was the toilet stopped up with diarrhea toilet paper all over the floor but there was blood all over the toilet paper. Tried to speak to the manager and he was not there. Tried to call the store to speak to a human nobody answered. Needless to say stay away from the bathroom at the very least. read more

Pharmacists at this location has really bad attitude.I understand they are understaffed and overworked(I guess) but it's not our fault.They are getting pay to serve us.I started going here since moving to Cary few months back.In the beginning I ignored it but finally decided to let other folks know that don't go there for at least their medication needs. read more

Pathetic service. We said we have to have a medicine dose the same night. They said that will be ready in an hour and wait for the message that it's ready. And we had to wait 3 hrs and then we had to call again at which time they said they cannot fill it as it's close to closing time. Poor communication. The few times we have been in the store, it is consistently messy and stuff is all over the counter by the registers. This morning a young female store clerk & 2 older men were smoking out front. We had to walk through the cloud of smoke to the entrance. The garbage can by the entrance was full and spilling on to the sidewalk. The man running the register was nice and that was the only redeeming point. Tried to use the pharmacy and will not do that again. Very disappointing bc this store is in an affluent location but has below par standards for all aspects of it. read more

My wife moved her prescriptions here because it is closer to our new home, and the staff at a nearby Rite-Aid was awful. She loves this pharmacy and the people that work there...enough for me to remember and post a review on here! Nice folks and clean store...can't go wrong with that. read more

I came to pickup a prescription I was told would be ready an hour earlier, unfortunately they didn't meet there promise time. When I pulled up to the drive through I was told they were in the process of filling that prescription. I was then asked to pull around so they could help the vehicle behind me, which I did. I then circled around and waited while they helped the vehicle that was behind me for fifteen minutes. When I finally made it back to the window it takes the pharmacist all of 30 seconds to fill the prescription I was told would be ready but they didn't meet their promise time then made me wait while they helped someone else. I hope this was just an anomaly because I will unfortunately be filling prescriptions on a regular basis. If not I'll be finding another pharmacy. read more

I was very disappointed how rude the pharmacy was at this location. Last time I attempted to refill a prescription for my son, I was talked to in a very rude way. When I asked if they could find out if another cvs location had the prescription they could not fill, he was extremely short and told me no. He said he did not time for that and I had to do that myself. I looked around at an empty store, empty drive thru, and the sound of crickets. Granted he was an intern, but nonetheless we are filling our prescriptions at Target now. read more

Nasty service! The young female at the regular checkout counter who serviced my needs yesterday was rude at best. A male manager was also spotted at the front end. Never greeted me, but watched me like a hawk as I shopped for cosmetics. I also noticed the volume of merchandise is scant. Now I recall why I have a value card at a competitor's location. This place has no idea what they are doing. I tried to get a flu shot and because I had an out of state policy they were unable to file a claim. I explained to them that I have PPO policy and have in network benefits no matter where I go as long as the medical/pharmacy is in-network with their local blue cross. I even had my insurance company on the phone stating that a flu shot is payable at 100%. Due to their lack of knowledge on how to properly file my claim I was informed to go to a minute clinic or a medical office. Guess they don't care about inconveniencing people. This is why I always go to Walgreens. Thanks for reminding me CVS read more
