We have not moved for 26+ years and going from a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Florida to a 2/2 apartment home in North Carolina has us challenged on many fronts surrounding this life change. Jenna was super friendly and very supportive and relaxed throughout the morning of our shopping the Cooper's showroom in Cary. I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place. Jenna let us know the approximate delivery time and it seemed way too far out so we walked the showroom pondering our options. There was a lovely console table that would fit just perfectly in our new space and Jenna arranged to have the floor piece delivered in a fairly short turnaround time so that we could have something lovely in our new home. When I called back a couple days later to inquire about that same bed we had seen at the start of our furniture search, Jenna was very helpful and super organized with getting us pricing and ETA's on both the bed and a narrow lingerie drawer that would fit our smaller footprint. All-in-all a painless and seamless process so far. We attribute this to Jenna's extensive experience and great demeanor. Thank you.

Her patience and educating me, having me sit in so many sofas ....led me to perfect one. plush, comfort, right depth and look. onto swatches etc etc...just ordered both couches! showroom incredible, upscale furniture quality impeccable, was able to customize Kincaid to my liking, yet at a price point I never thought possible....no need to travel to furniture marts...Coopers and Lori all I need! So if you want to have some good tacos, churros, crepés, chicharrones you need to visit this place. For tacos i go to Taqueria Allende , for crepés Mike's Ice Cream, chicharrones I don't know the name but you will see them in the entrance, for churros. "Great flea market: A taste (in both senses) of community in Durham"…read more I saw a posting about this place on Carpe Durham (focused just on the food) and decided to check it out. In a word, "Wow." It's a big market, with many indoor "shops" and many outdoor stands- takes a bit of walking to see it all... much bigger in size than the downtown Durham Farmer's Market, for example. There's a bit of everything there- small electronics (especially car adaptors), cell phones and accessories, household items (ranging from mattress pads to fly swatters), toys, BB guns, cosmetics, incense, and other miscellaneous items. Most of it is stuff you'll pass right by, but still neat to window-shop. LOTS of FOOD, too... tons of vegetables and fruit from multiple vendors, candy/ chocolate, etc. Best of all, it's all very cheap! In addition, it's a great place to go just eat! Many vendors sell burgers/ dogs, but also tacos, pupusas, sliced up fruit (like mango-on-a-stick), fresh-made ice cream, cooked nuts, smoothies, and other interesting drinks (coconut milk, tamarind drink, etc). I had a loroco (vine flower bud from Central America) pupusa, and it was delightful- came with a spicy pickled slaw. Also thoroughly enjoyed the coconut milk as well as some of the chocolates from a vendor inside. Best of all, it was just generally "friendly." I felt like a part of a real community walking around there, as the vendors and shoppers were so nice. My son used some of his allowance to buy a box of "snappers" from one vendor, and the vendor went ahead and gave him a second box for free. Many food vendors gave samples, and didn't then look at you funny if you didn't buy anything, but instead, wished you a nice day. Other shoppers were working-class and very friendly, helping each other out. Too often, we spend our days not noticing others around us as we swiftly sweep through sterile shops. This was a welcome change.
