I had to get RXs filled on a Sunday when my regular pharmacy is closed. I wrote a check. The pharmacist claimed-loud enough for everyone to hear-that my check was bad. I knew it wasn't-he refused to try and run it again. I needed the RXs so paid cash for them. I spent part of the next day at the bank and dealing with them about my "bad" check -which my bank said was fine. I filled out the review they requested on my experience shopping there and got an email to my PERSONAL account from the pharmacist reiterating that the check was bad! So I just got my bank statement and guess what went through? Yeah. The check was NOT bad and cleared my bank just fine-just like I knew it should have PLUS I had paid cash for the same RXs--so CVS got paid twice for my RXs AND embarrassed me in front of others that I write bad checks! Wow! Glad this isn't my regular pharmacy! Not shopping in there ever again-for anything! What a scam-telling me the check was bad, yet it cleared the bank and then requiring me to pay again to get my RXs! read more

Not sure why the bad reviews because I've had nothing like the good service at the pharmacy! The store was certainly clean also. There wasn't something that a customer knocked off a shelf and walked away like a prior complaint. read more

This establishment has never provided good customer service in the time I've lived here. Since I live nearby, it would have been nice to be able to stop in a convenience store to pick up an item or two with a smile from the staff but every time I've stopped in, I've been treated with ... odd vibes. So I've held off on writing a review until now, my worst experience yet. I come up to the counter to pay for beer and water and was met by an elderly black woman working at the counter. She asked for my birthday and I told her. I then asked if she needed to see my ID as well? She then replied (twice) with a threat of sending me to jail if I lied about my age. The first time was after I asked if she needed a photo ID, and the second time was with a sarcastic tone as I was making the payment. Pretty pathetic, right? It's something no one should have to deal with. So anyway, steer clear from here and go to Walgreens or another pharmacy store where you don't have to deal with mile-high bull shit. read more

It's have been a customer of cvs for over 20 years, I have never seen a store in this condition in my entire life! expired product in every department from food and snacks to toothpaste to vitamins from cosmetics to alcoho.. I've even unknowingly purchased expired tooth paste and food. this has been going on for months and probably beyond I just started to pay attention a few months ago. the store is never stocked properly. the store is a hazard just to shop large medium and small totes and boxes along with trash and carts of product throughout the store. not everyone checks dates and especially not on toothpaste or non food items and some one is going to get seriously sick or hurt shopping here. if it's a staffing issue close store until you can get adequate staff. I have reached out to sever managers over the past few months as well as email and called these conditions into corporate and have yet to hear back. read more

If I could give this location a -10 for poor customer service at the pharmacy I would in a heart beat! My doctor order a new prescription for my on-going infection. They failed to pull the order after I had to call them 3 days later. Then they didn't have the guts to call me because they couldn't even fill the order for another 5 days!!!!! Who are these people? So I called another pharmacy and they had the order transfer to them and was able to fill the order. Then I was such a fool for going back! Again they failed to pull the new order until I had called them. Of course they filled it right away and kept stating over and over that they are behind pulling orders!!!!!!! That was the last straw. I had all my prescription pulled from them and sent to another! The store Manager didn't even care of my health or concern. I will never step into another CVS store!!!!! read more

The greeting you get as you enter is forced, the employee didn't even look up at me. They fared better at the pharmacy counter, but when I looked around (and up), I couldn't help but be surprised at the uncleanliness of a "health" establishment. Someone needs to clean those heat vents... I can't be the only person to object to black filth covered vents. read more

High turnover. Medication is never ready timely. Rude staff that doesn't apologize for mistakes or inconvenience. Customer service is a lost art. read more

Always has what I need, I usually go there for pharmacy and photo studio. No complaints except that it can get really busy between 4-6 pm but that's not really CVS' fault. Staff is helpful and friendly as a rule. read more

Its not a bad place thought I would stop in since I've never been there before, I got everything I would have got at Walgreen's but it has more of an office depot feel to it, and they have a liquor wine beer selection there. read more

Stopped by to get a gift card. Asked if they sold gift cards at the front register was told yes then got ignored. Person working didn't seem to care if she helped anyone or not. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

One time, I bought a shelf expired product at this CVS location. I returned it, of course. Ever since then, I check all products for their shelf expiration dates. I found two expired products today. At any rate, I think CVS corporate is in financial trouble because their locations always are short staffed and always have expired products on the shelf. So, the company's goal is to cut costs via labor or otherwise simply to meet sales projections for the quarter -- and make the shareholders feel good about their choice. The problem with this model is that CVS does not remedy the issue for the long-term and to sustain itself viably as a company, but exacerbate what will make them inevitably fall. More than likely, CVS will be bought out by Walgreen's within the next year or will go under. Guaranteed. read more

"Yesterday, I advocated for two people waiting 45 minutes at the pharmacy. One was an elderly woman with a walker. The other person just came from surgery and was in pain. No customer service, no kindness. Also, the clerk actually gave my insurance coverage out loud which was such a breach of confidentiality. Prices too high, taking advantage of surrounding lower income patrons." read more
