The worst pharmacy in the five towns. Everyone that works in the back is lazy. I don't understand why they have to close for lunch time. People need their meds. There are about 5 people working in the pharmacy, why can't they rotate their lunch time? People needing their Medication is more important than their lunch break. We always have great service--from buying a candy bar to getting critical medications. The staff is very helpful, caring, and professional. At times, the pharmacists have helped us navigate the insurance company regulations to our advantage; we have had COVID and Flu vaccines there; in general...this CVS is one of our important medical providers. read more

I was in the area and needed some Advil desperately. I saw the CVS and drove right in. I asked one of the staff where the Advil was he was happy enough to show me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The staff where friendly and defiantly helpful. read more

Do NOT go the pharmacy here. They pick and choose whose prescription gets filled right away. I was standing online for 10 min. There was a lady a few people ahead of me whose prescription was not ready and they told her to wait. She refused and they filled it right away while she stood in line while there was a huge line behind us (due to them being on lunch and just opening up). And when it was as my turn up they said my prescription wasn't ready even though it was called in days ago! They made me get off line to go to the other counter. I did that. And they said it was on a hold and I had to wait 25 min. I asked if I could get a rush in it since the other lady's was filled right away. And by rush I mean 5-10 min, not even right away. When I said why did they fill the other lady's right away the pharmacist said oh that lady was shaking and needed it. She was NOT shaking. I watched her stand in line for 10 min! How can a pharmacy not answer phone calls? From not only patients, but from a health provider, too? My mother-in-law needed her prescription refilled that, for her, could mean the difference between life and death.....and this CVS was non-responsive. Unacceptable. read more

The customer service is disgusting. This women had the audacity to scream at my mother who only comes and does her business and doesnt bother anybody. I don't know who the manager is but clearly he has no problem with this lady screaming at the customers. She's absolutely terrible. You go here and they always make it seem like you're sterling. read more

Gotta say just terrible , no customer service assistance , most employees here are either not trained properly, lack people skills , hate their jobs , bad attitudes. Had the unfortunate opportunity to be checked out by Isaac who must of been having a bad life & just gave all who entered the store the nastiest attitude and kept commenting to himself his displeasure when he saw new customers walk in because I'm guessing he was not in a working mood. I call this CVS location home. I've been going here for over 6 years and I can't say many negative things about it. The place is always clean and well stocked, The staff is generally really nice, and the pharmacy staff is great! They recently renovated a new open fridge section with some great protein shakes and a few other fresh food options. Overall Idd suggest this location as your CVS, just be wary of the busy parking lot on Friday afternoons! read more

Not much good to say about this CVS. Fairly disorganized, with lots of clutter around a small store with the shelves stacked high. Parking lot requires quarters to park in and is shared with dozens of other stores, and is therefore exceptionally busy. Haven't had prescriptions filled here, but even just for regular shopping of essentials, I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles to Woodmere. read more

this pharmacy is really pathetic as far as the staff goes, give wrong information, when doctor calls in prescription, they give the wrong medicine, they can't think on their feet. once went in on a Friday with an eye infection after coming from doctor on a holiday weekend, they never called to say it was not in stock, said they would have it on Tues. my daughter asked if they called around to see if anyone else had it. they never did. After my daughter was insistant they found it in another CVS in the area. They are the worse, only use them because they are the closest . read more
