I waited for 40 minutes for my scripts why you ask? Schedule says you open at 9 a.m. on Sunday. I was at the drive thru waiting at 8:50 a.m. cars piling up behind me people honking why isnt the line moving, its 9:15 a.m. drive thru still not open. I push the yellow call button she says Oh Btw TODAY WERE OPENING AT 930 A.M. EXCUSE ME. I waited for 40 minutes till the pharmacist opened up and guess what? My script wasnt even filled can you believe that? . She told me to come back in 15 minutes. Oh hell no I'm going to stay right here and wait for my script that was filled 2 days ago and should have been ready.. I don't know what happened to my pictures if someone else took them or idk what but they had to print all my pictures one by one so I had to wait 10+ min only to find out that they didn't even have a proper envelope to put them in . This place is awful…read more.. From the very first second that I stepped foot in the establishment, the staff was dismissive and needlessly hostile. Somehow, they managed to make blunder after blunder in trying to complete the very simple task of filling a prescription. Furthermore, instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake like a professional, or, for that matter, like an adult, they became defensive and tried to put the blame on everyone else but themselves. Honestly, these guys should give up on selling medicine, and just turn the place into a junk store: given how dirty and stinky it is , they would already have a running head start.
