Somehow, they managed to make blunder after blunder in trying to complete the very simple task of filling a prescription. Furthermore, instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake like a professional, or, for that matter, like an adult, they became defensive and tried to put the blame on everyone else but themselves. Honestly, these guys should give up on selling medicine, and just turn the place into a junk store: given how dirty and stinky it is , they would already have a running head start.
