While I cannot speak to the full situation, I believe it's important for all workplaces to foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for both employees and customers. Positive leadership and fair treatment can make a meaningful difference in the overall experience. Although some prices in the store felt higher than expected, I was able to find a great deal on a snack item during my visit, which I appreciated. The manager at this store was rude and not willing to help me. They had a special on Gain which was spend $30 get $10 back plus coupons. I did not receive the $10 back and all she could say is i don't know so i returned everything. I went back to the isle which she came down to help another customer. I asked her again why i didn't get it and she checked the codes and they had miss labeled one as part of the special which it wasn't. So i grabbed 3 more but now it shows my coupons as used which i returned because of their miss labeling. She would not over ride it which i know she can do because this has happened at the store before. If CVS does not want to honor their coupons and it bothers their employees they should not have them. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy had SO much attitude. If a car pulls up and you have time to rudely tell them they pulled up 30 seconds before closing, and you don't get paid after 8pm, you have time to help the customer. Very rude, unprofessional, and schooling us that the RX had been ready since 3pm, when in reality we didn't get a text till after 5 and have a toddler and baby, and his response to us having kids was "good for you, Dobson will be happy to service you". read more

The worst Pharmacy ever. I moved my Rx's here 2 years ago and have dealt with having to make a dozen trips here to get my 90 day supply for my 7 Rx's every 3 months. Whenever I go to refill my Ozembic they never have it in stock and I have to wait weeks on end for it. They constantly refill Rx's that are not even supposed to be ready for a refill yet despite my answering 'no" to a text asking if I want to refill. They keep turning on the auto refill option despite repeated requests to turn them all off, and as a result I have about 1,200 Metformin pills at home even though my Doctor took me off of it because of low blood sugar now. Yet the one drug I really need, they claim that I already picked up even though I never did, so now I will have to go 90 days without my Cholesterol meds even though I had CABG 5 years ago. Nothing but problems here, and repeated problems. Oh and did I mention that their website for the Pharmacy hasnt worked correctly in the same 2 years. It forgets your passwords after 30 days, keeps turning your Rx's Auto refill on until you have 2,000 pills, wont refill the Rx's that you really need, and when you try to order any refill it wont go thru, or the screen tells you that you need to come in to refill it, even though your Doctor made it out for multiple refills. read more

I want to specifically give a five-star review to both Samantha (the pharmacist tech) and Alexis (one of the pharmacists) for having excellent bedside manner in helping me with a prescription. I had anxiety coming into this location after having a pretty rude and judgmental interaction with a pharmacist named Scott. I believe he is the main pharmacist at this location. If he is there, I suggest that you leave and come back on another day when Alexis is there. She was kind, professional and did her job well without being snarky or making me feel uncomfortable. Waited in line over an hour for them to help 4 cars, when I got there they had a sign up that said Covid testing only (could not see sign from start of line) I told the girl they weren't doing too good only helping 1 car every 20+ minutes. She blamed the second line being broken, I told her that would make the other line twice as fast and make no difference. She then told me I could just come inside since I had a bad attitude. Then she said the Pharmacist had to go over my meds for an interaction. The Pharmacist came over and just chewed me out for not being nice to his girl and calling her slow at her job, then he never did go over my meds just chewed me out and said I could just come inside after I waited in the line an hour for them to help 4 people, 4 more cars left behind me, sick of waiting. I told him to just get my meds and let me leave, I wouldn't go inside now and would be parked in line until they closed. He got my meds. Express scripts are the way to go. My 2 babies were extremely sick over the holidays, both in the hospital. They are just under 2 and 4 months old. I needed to get pedialyte and just bought different kids not knowing what they would drink. I ended up not using a package of it. I threw away the receipt because one of them threw up on it. Anyways, i went to return it and the girl behind the counter said her manager was t allowing any returns without receipts until after the new year which was a week away. So i held onto it. Then after the new year i came back with it and she said her manager stopped allowing returns of pedialyte. I'm not sure if this CVS manager can just do whatever he wants or if the corporate office changed this but I won't be going back to this CVS ever again. read more

No one knows what they are doing, everyone at the pharmacy I dealt with so far have nasty Attitudes, I can never get refills done on time and on top of that now trying to get it transferred to another pharmacy, all of a sudden their fax doesn't work and have been trying to get it done for the last 3 days. I called the pharmacy as I was leaving work and was on hold the entire time I was driving there. Got out of my car, walked in and walked up to the pharmacy.... 5 people in the pharmacy.... still on hold.... not one person on the phone. One person was working the drive thru and rest were walking around. A person greeted me and at the point I looked at her and said I have been on hold for 15 minutes trying to find out if my prescription had been filled from my morning doctors appointment. Complete shock on everyone's face. Of course, no prescription. Was told they had just finished getting through the days prescriptions. Tried calling my doctor at 5 pm. Come on, everyone knows that isn't going to happen. The miraculously an hour later I get a call that they have my prescription and it will be ready inn10 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have been put on hold for more than 15 minutes. Imagine my surprise to see 5 people standing in the pharmacy. AND drive thru only has one lane, so only one person working. The photo printing service at this location of cvs is terrible. They don't have a camera to start with, they use your phone to take photos, they don't cut them in the required passport size of 2x2 as apparently they don't have a cutter. And they charge $14.99 for this so called 'passport photo service from Kodak'. read more

At the very least, this location should be audited by CVS. Highlights below. Issue 1: Incompetent Pharmacist. Scott is the pharmacist who trades days with the competent pharmacist Alexis. Last year, after I had just left rehab for a broken hip, Scott called to tell me he had destroyed the pain prescriptions that the nursing home printed and gave me, which I had dropped off earlier. I asked him why; he gave no good answer. After I pressed him, he screamed, "Do you know how many COVID shots I had to give today?!?" Whoa. Because my insurance at the time required that I use CVS, I made sure to use Alexis. Issue 2: Incompetent Store Staff. Also last year, they were not able to give me a prescription in a timely manner (that's right--medicine), so Alexis said I would get a $20 gift card. The next time I drove through (because I can't walk without pain due to a past broken back), the clerk didn't believe me when I told her about the gift cards. Eventually, she literally threw two cards at me. When I parked and went inside the store to complain to the manager, the store manager apologized and then tried to ring up the purchase I was making, but it was incorrect. I gave up and went home. When CVS sent me a feedback request, I obliged. I stated that the store manager tried to please me but didn't perform the purchase correctly. Later, I received an angry email from that same store manager telling me that I shouldn't judge her. What??? And why did that feedback go directly to her? CVS has cured me of ever obliging a company again when they request feedback. Issue 3: Terrible Customer Service. I have been struggling with Alexis herself. They never notify me when a medication is out of stock and many of mine require timely refills. I use a diabetic sensor. When I requested a refill, I was not notified that there was an upgrade until I called. Alexis said they could no longer provide the regular sensor and that I needed an additional prescription from my doctor. After multiple calls to both my doctor and the pharmacy this week, Alexis informed me that they couldn't fill my prescription because there were no instructions. What? After I asked what kind of instructions, Alexis literally told me "Use sensor and change every 14 days." So, because it was by then Thanksgiving, I gave up and was going to use my finger-stick sensor until the following Monday. Turns out my finger-stick sensor needed a new battery, so I went to another CVS. They were super helpful with the battery, so I thought I'd ask the pharmacist there about the confusion around my sensor. He said that as long as I was paying outside insurance (which I have been doing for over a year), I could still get my sensor, no problem. He filled the prescription in 10 minutes. Do NOT use the drive-thru at this CVS location because they neglect customers. I waited behind one car today in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. After getting frustrated with the inexplicable wait, I left the drive-thru line, parked the car and ran in to get my prescription. I was in the store for about 5 minutes for this purpose. When I left, that same car was still stuck at the drive-thru window. Poor customer service is the theme at this CVS location. read more

This has to be the best darn CVS around. The store is new and so understandably it is clean and sparkling. The front store staff is courteous and friendly as opposed to Walgreens which never seem to care if you are in the store or not. The pharmacy staff is by far the best. There never seems to be a wait longer than 10 mins and they go out of the way to see your health care needs are met. By far the best pharmacy experience I have ever had! read more

Recently moved here and needed to transfer my pharmacy. Picked CVS because it was close and ...what could go wrong???? I have been very disappointed and frustrated in the service here. Not once have I called with a prescription question trying to transfer my medications over, that I haven't been put on hold for ........a long time. Many times I ended up having to hang up because the wait is so long. Sometimes I don't even get to a real person to talk to to even tell me to "please hold". After trying to talk to a Pharmacist about a new Doctor and medication and calling 4 different times in 3 months, only to be put on hold, I finally got through after leaving my speaker phone on for 27 minutes. I asked if it is normal to have to wait so long every time I call and she said they take care of the people in line in the store first. I asked if they were short handed and she said no, it's the new year and everything takes more time. I told her I had been calling since October and she repeated they need to take care of people in line first. When I first moved here and set up my prescriptions at this CVS, a refill was called in and they called and told me they didn't have my insurance card......????? I didn't understand this since I had already transferred everything over and had been using them for my prescriptions. I told her I would give it to them over the phone, again, and she said they were really busy and I need to bring the card to them. What an inconvenience but I drove it to them, waited in line forever at the drive through, (which proves their theory wrong that they serve their customers first in line rather than on the phone) only to get a look of confusion on the pharmacist when I tried to show him my insurance card because..... they already had all that information. I'm not sure who is in charge there but there are many other pharmacies out there that would gladly take my business and answer my questions if needed. This has been a terrible experience and I highly recommend if you are looking for a pharmacy to refill any prescriptions or answer any questions, that you look elsewhere. This one does not care about you and that's if..... you can actually talk to them in person. So disorganized ....... so disappointing...... so unprofessional. read more

This store is well maintained and really does have anything/everything you need. The employees are friendly, typically greeting you upon entry but not hounding you as you peruse the store. It is well stocked and a clean environment. They have a good variety of seasonal items and of course every healthcare or toiletry item you could want. I've not used their pharmacy service but the pharmacy team is helpful when trying to locate an over-the-counter item. read more

I had a prescription sent over to this pharmacy at 8:30 in the morning. I showed up at noon my lunchtime to pick this prescription up. The young lady helping me have no idea what Workmen's Comp. was, you have to be effing kidding me that you work in a pharmacy and don't know about Workmen's Comp. I normally go to the veterans administration being that I am a veteran and yes it is frustrating at times, however dealing with these incompetent people at this pharmacy was 10 times as bad . I went back to the pharmacy to pick my prescription up at 4:30 and it still wasn't ready said they haven't contacted my insurance. Well it's Workmen's Comp. and then I find out the prescription cost $35. I had my I drilled in the morning so I went all day without numbing drops for my eye or antibiotics for my eye for $35 .. horrible customer service !! read more

I want to share my experience with this CVS! In particular, Jazz and Nicholette. They are courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly. They are always ready to provide excellent service. I can tell they even answer the phones with a smile (very important). They have advocated for me for the fact that my doctor office is slow in getting back to process refill requests. Texted me at 7:59 PM that my Rx was ready, went to the pharmacy counter, greeted with metal shutters. Pharmacy closes at 8:00 PM. Hands down, best CVS, Linda, super friendly cashier greeted us upon arrival & Kevin & Ray in pharmacy were especially helpful. Minimal waiting too! I'm so glad to have a CVS that treats their customers like human beings. The CVS pharmacist on E Riggs treated my husband poorly, I tried to rectify the issue & both my husband & myself were asked "to leave & NEVER come back" Thanks Ray for rectifying the other CVS's error. Horrible management at this store. Got screwed out of at least $3 on a return due to some BS about the new computer system that "calculates it the way it does" and "we can't override it or do anything about it." The cashier says lots of people are complaining about the new system and that she agreed that it unfairly screws the customer. So I talk to manager (a man who clearly didn't receive the training on customer service) and manager digs his heels in and attempts to defend the calculation, only his argument holds no ground. It'd have to be 'magic math' for the system to come up with the result it did. No sane resolution offered. No store credit. No nothing. Cashier is more sympathetic to the me, a long-time CVS ExtraCare customer, and gives me the 800# for CVS ExtraCare, encouraging me to complain directly to them. I open a case with CVS ExtraCare and get cookie-cutter response with links to their return policy . . . that don't respond to any specific questions I pose, don't honor my request to review photos of the return receipt with cashier's markings on how the return OUGHT to have been processed by the system (but was not). Anyway, just as I did BEFORE I attempted the return in the first place, I review it in case there's something I missed. Nope. I read it right the first time. CVS "ExtraCare" is a SHAM!!! I've been exclusively a CVS customer since the 1980's. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SHOP AT CVS EVER AGAIN and I hope YOU will consider this review when you are choosing a Drugstore for your pharmacy and drugstore needs. Go to WALGREENS or RITE AID or ANYWHERE ELSE. CVS and their interesting new computer system will screw you over should you ever have to return an item. read more
