The store its self is really dirty, really dirty, the soda area looks like 10 5yr old kids just ran through it like it was a free for all sugar rush. The hotdogs, ew. Other than that, typical booze prices and a great place to see what your co-workers drinks of choice are, true because you will be in line long enough to see someone you know.

(Just to be clear the one on the corner of Price Rd and Queen Creek.) I grabbed 6 "tall boy" beers and went to the cash register. I saw no employees so I stood there and waited for at least a minute. Out of nowhere an employee just popped up from behind the counter. Almost like she was hiding, not working. It sounded like she was talking on her bluetooth earpiece. She walked up, scanned the beers, waited until the payment from my card went thru, ( which was painfully slow) and then even slower proceeded to grab the smallest plastic bag I've seen at Circle K. This entire time she did not say a single word to me. Looking back I wish she had kept it that way. At this point, yes I was slightly irritated while she slowly put the beers in the tiny bag. She finally got done and just stood there waiting for me to reach to her side of the counter and get the bag. I must have had a look on my face that was a mixture of annoyance and confusion that she thought that little bag was going to be able to hold that amount of weight. I said "Umm could you double bag that?" So even more slowly she starts and I heard her say, "Why you gotta look at me like that?" I said, "I'm sorry, what?" She replied, "Most people are happy with one bag or they just ask for a second one, so why you gotta look at me like that?" I said nothing until she finally got done, I grabbed the bags and as I started to leave I said, "Maybe it's because you've been incredibly rude this entire time." I could hear her audibly huffing as I walked out. I really wish I had taken the opportunity to read her name tag during the sloth like transaction but sadly I didn't. So all I can do now is warn others and hope that one day her boss realizes that this woman should NEVER be in a job where you have to deal with the public.

After…read moreconfirming a prescription refill through the app and arriving at my scheduled time, I was instructed to wait outside for approximately one hour in extreme heat exceeding 110°F. At the end of that wait, I was informed the prescription would not be ready that day. When I asked the pharmacy technician, who I later learned is named Tammy, why I had been made to wait an hour only to be turned away, she responded by calling me an "asshole" directly to my face. This exchange was captured on camera. The pharmacist on duty was present and within hearing distance for the entirety of this exchange. *I consider this behavior wholly unacceptable for a healthcare setting. Pharmacy staff routinely interact with patients who may be dealing with health conditions, medication needs, and personal stress, and are expected to maintain a baseline standard of professionalism and respect regardless of the circumstances. Being addressed with hostility and profanity after a system failure that was entirely the pharmacy's own doing is not an isolated lapse in judgment -- it reflects a serious failure in staff conduct and oversight. Given that this incident was witnessed directly by the pharmacist, I would expect any internal review to corroborate the events as described. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee's conduct. I have documentation of this interaction available if needed. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another location following this experience, but I am submitting this complaint because I believe patients should not be treated this way, and because a system failure on the pharmacy's part should not result in the patient being insulted for asking a reasonable question

Awfully nice of Circle K to give their employees such long breaks! But wait! I used to work for Circle K, there's no way in hell they're giving their employees hour and a half breaks, especially if they work for a gas station. Sounds like someone might be costing CK money by closing the store for an hour and a half and circle K doesn't know it's happening. The pump handles are always clean as if, someone cleans them hourly. The trash is always emptied and the inside of the station seems organized although, it is cluttered with merchandise. Although, it's on a busy street, it's always easy in and easy out. I didn't realize that using the self checkout also gives refunds in case you were to over pay, which was nice to know (after Derek showed me how to process my credit). Remember to always take a receipt, in case, you need a refund for not pumping as much as you prepaid to pump. This helps process refunds easier! Definitely stop here for gas and snacks when in the area.
