Today I visited this store looking for an item I thought they might not have. They didn't do to ease my grief, ha ha I bought one Easter candy at 70% off. When the cashier rung up the price she said it was 2.25. I pointed to the table with the Easter Candy a few feet away. I said this is supposed to be 70% off. She said you are supposed to tell me that. I bit my tongue. The things I wanted to say playing like a video in my head over and over. She fixed the sale but it held up the line now forming behind me. Store hours say this pharmacy is open until 9 PM, but they closed early at 8:08 PM with no notice or explanation. I went specifically to pick up my medication and was unable to do so because of this. Needless to say, closing early without warning is dangerous, as people depend on timely access to their medication. If hours are going to change, customers should be notified in advance. read more

I'm going to be honest with you. I don't write reviews but after reading prior reviews and my recent experience, I felt as if this was needed. We showed up 5 mins late for our 12:10pm covid appointment due to going to the CVS on pecan. When we got there (12:15 pm) three cars were In line before us. By the time we got up to the window it was (12:30pm). We explained to the pharmacist only to be told that we were lying (yes that's the word she used) and were not in line at 12:15pm. I don't know how you would take that but I've been working in the service industry for years and regardless that is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer especially during a global pandemic. Now with that, I spoke to the store manger and she was AMAZING. We have a rescheduled appointment at 2pm but I am sorry to say we will no longer be using this CVS due to being treated so rudely. read more

Talk about trashy service, one employee tells me the restroom is out of order, other employee tells me there is no restroom whatsoever. All of the products look expired in the pharmacy area. Please avoid the store at all costs and visit the Cvs two more miles up the street. read more

This is the CVS where I get my medications filled. Some i get filled at WalMart, but i get two filled here as walmart has not had them in stock on more than one occasion. CVS is a little pricey, but luckily, they accept The Good Rx coupons. Sometimes the drive-thru can be a little slow if there are 2+ cars waiting, but that's expected. The real reason i am writing this review is to compliment Tammy. Her name badge said she was a lead pharmacy tech. She was so polite and kind despite having a line of cars to work through. One of my medications is new and it was the first time being filled at this location, so I gave Tammy my phone to use my Good Rx coupon, and she jotted down the numbers, and had me circle the store so she could process my coupon. Tammy took care of the person behind me and by the time I pulled around, she greeted me with the same smile and said my pick-up was ready! Maybe to some people this is just "customer service", but i've been to several drive thru's where the person inside barely looks at you. Everyone at this CVS has been kind, prompt, and helpful - But today, I was treated to Tammy's great customer service and kind smile. read more

This CVS gets all 5 stars because I have never had a bad customer service experience here and the pharmacists are always professional and friendly. They also take care of their customers and make you feel like your apart of the family. The front of the store is always friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the store is always faced neat and clean every time I am in here. They may not have the best selections of seasonal items as other CVS's but that doesn't really matter. The store is neat and clean, my scripts are always done in a timely manner, and the pharmacy staff is friendly and professional. You can also get flu shot here as well. read more

The pharmacy was terrible. I called to make sure my medications would be filled after leaving the doctors office. They said yes in 10-15. I got there 18 minutes later. I waited for 15 minutes behind another car (they left without their medications also) and they only had one prescription ready. Told me to come back in 20. I left and went home and came back an hour later. I waited for 15 minutes. I tried to give the girl my insurance card and she took another 8 minutes to tell me that it wasn't working and they would have to contact my insurance company. I told her I didn't care, just to give me my medications. She said they would have to be re verified and to pull back around in 15 minutes. I demanded my card back and left. Worst service ever. When I am trying to get medication for a damn sinus infection, I don't need to be told to come back twice! Never will use you guys again! read more

This is the worst experience in my life went to this store for lunch like I do every Friday. I went to this store as i do every Friday. Every pay day i eat the same thing and drink the same thing. So I parked my car in the CVS parking lot to get a Arizona sweet tea and pick my food order up next door. I was in the food establishment next door for about 10 min to 15 min. When I'm walking back to put my food in the car so that i could walk into the CVS to get my drink like I do every payday. I notice that there is a yellow sticker on my car saying I owe $125.00 for parking at there store and then I looked down and saw a boot on my car. As soon as I started walking toward the store some guy in a car drove up and said that I could pay him $125.00 dollars on my card or 100.00 in cash. So I went to speak to the store manger and all she could tell me is just speak to the people out side and kept repeating it. I CAN GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I WILL ALSO MAKE IT ONE OF MY TOP PRIORITIES TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst pharmacy! I've been to many CVS locations, and this one is the worst CVS. Every time I call I'm put on hold for at least 30 minutes. When I go to the store the people working in the pharmacy are sometimes rude. I had to get a prescription filled, that my doctor sent in, that required Prior Authorization from my insurance. The prescription was sent on a Tuesday, and CVS didn't notify my doctor that they needed to contact my insurance until Friday (4 days went by!) Eventually I tried to have a different CVS fill my prescription, and there was a 2 day delay because this CVS put my medication on hold. The person I spoke to at the other CVS location said that they always have issues with trying to contact the CVS on Kilborne, and they are always put on hold too. Save yourself trouble and hassle and go to any other pharmacy except this one on Kilborne. I started going to Harris Teeter instead, they are a lot nicer and very quick in filling prescriptions. They also let me pay for a prescription full price, until my prior authorization went though, then they refunded me the difference, so I didn't have to go without my medication. read more
