It's a pharmacy and it has things and medicines I need. The short, dark haired pharmacist assistant is very weird, she just stares at me like I might be the most beautiful person she's ever seen. What other reason would she stare so hard at a stranger in line to pick up meds? Not helpful but the guy with the beard is 10/10. You can get what you need and get out. Everyone was nice enough probably bc it was close to closing time. Cashiers, and others were helpful. Store is well stocked. My second time they had self check-out. That's okay except someone's hours are getting cut? It's on the smaller side as I've seen CVSs with full fridge sections and large cosmetics/beauty section. I pickup my meds and mom from here. When they call or Text us the next day I go. This time I called to make sure all 3 meds for mom is ready. They told me they have to call the doctor about 2 of them for refill. But on the bottle she had 4 more to use. To find out the cvs on 111th filled it and we haven't been there for over 3 years. I was put on Hold for them to get straight. When she came back she told me everything is okay and I can pickup next day. I gave them extra day but when I get there only 1 was ready. Am Handicap in motor chair talked to 2 different people about this. But still Nothing this is very inconvenient for me. End up pickup Junk food, juice and other stuff. I was in the store with my 11year old daughter and 8 year old son along with a 5 pound Yorkie that my daughter held in her arms the entire time, as he is our family's service dog. The store manager without even giving us an option asked my 11year old daughter to leave the store with her dog. I told my daughter give me the dog I'll put it in the car. After realizing service animals are allowed I asked Jenny why did I have to take my dog to the car. She states well I can't ask if it's a service dog and if she would of just told me that. I stated she is only 11years old. Jenny is the store manager she began yelling at me with other customers in the store. Being very rude to me and I can simply say it's because I'm African American I don't think this would have happened to someone else. My daughter has been traumatized since last night.She has been crying stating why did she talk to you like that. She stated that she was scared and she never wants to go back to the store and this is my local cvs store. This was the worst experience ever. read more

Long story short i go to this location on monday to drop off script they tell me i can pick up on thursday i call on wednsday to confirm it will be ready to pick up on thursday because i dont trust them to have it they tell me yes it will be ready! well go figure they didnt have it when i went to pick up !SHOCKER!!!! not only that they didnt have it they proceed to tell me well i dont know when i will get this in! are u kidding me? customer service is just terrible they cud care less about u! yo yo yo just went shopping here with my bro bro bro. we were browsing for fun. we had an AWFUL experience. we were looking around for gifts for our friend and this worker comes up to us and stares at us and makes us feel uncomfortable. we only had good morals and then we quickly walked away to search in a different aisle. another (different) worker then told us to stop filming, when we had done nothing of the sort. we then looked around in the food aisle and then the worker began to watch us from the other end of the aisle. she asked us what we were shopping for, which is VERY inappropriate of her. it is none of her business what we were shopping for. it is NOT OKAY to repeatedly harass anyone. we were doing nothing wrong. we were simply looking around, minding our own business. since she asked what we were looking for, we said chocolate. she told us the chocolate was up front, but it was also in the back where we were looking. she kept staring at us and made my friend and i really anxious. we were just trying to shop and eventually made a run for it. i didn't buy anything because i hate being watched and rushed by WORKERS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP! i hope they realize teenagers like to shop and spend money too. please improve your treatment of your customers soon. amen. read more
