Convenient entry and exit off of Belcher. Clean, well lit store. Had the vitamins that I wanted for BOGO free - and more. Cashier Kevin was pleasant & efficient. Manager helped me get $4 bonus bucks when receipt failed to give them to me. Very positive experience. I'd go back! read more

TRANSFER to ANOTHER LOCATION This is by far the worse drive-thru pharmacy I've ever experienced in my entire life. Extremely slow and disorganized. It should not take 45 minutes to pick up an RX when there are only 2 other cars. Not being able to find a prescription is another problem. Every single time I'm here it's the same. I switched from Target to this location because I no longer go inside and this was more convenient but I would rather park and go inside a store than deal with this headache. Never come here if you aren't on a leisurely Sunday stroll that's for sure. Get it together CVS! Either hire more people or hire more efficient people. I feel really bad for those who are in pain trying to get their prescriptions at this location. Currently trapped with a car in front of me and behind and I would give anything to just drive away and be done with this nightmare. read more

Scheduled a Covid test at the drive thru location here after an exposure at work and waited far too long. They are not quick with them here by any means. My appointment was at 3:40, I got there at 3 after getting a recommendation to be there 30 minutes early, and I did not get my test until after 4:30. All the while waiting in my car, wasting gas, and worrying about being denied for missing my appointment time. The one pharmacy tech working was helpful about explaining the process, but they really could build in some more efficient measures for sure, especially if they'll continue to be a test site with the rising numbers. read more

I spent over an hour there roaming the aisles trying to work out the best deals with the coupons I had. I was so nervous to go to checkout because I thought the cashier would be annoyed with me but I was pleasantly surprised- Ashley was patient and kind throughout the whole check out and I was so grateful for that! I had her do three separate transactions, and each time she turned her monitor to me to show me what coupons were applying. She was great! -1 star because the coupon machine was down. read more

Don't make an appointment for a vaccine at 3pm.... the ONE person giving shots went to LUNCH at 3pm KNOWING there were appointments scheduled. The pharmacist was not nice about it either. I understand your employee needs to eat, but MAYBE block off the appointments for 30 mins during the day so people that actually had to TAKE OFF work to be here don't have to wait thirty mins passed their appointment time to get a freaking shot. Terrible customer service. I've given myself shots, just tell me where it is. read more

I love that this CVS is 24 hours! Especially when you have little kids and they get sick in the middle of the night and you need medicine. The store is well kept and clean and the pharmacist (don't remember her name) was also very nice while I was waiting for my son's medication. CVS is my favorite drug store in the area as they have great staffs and the stores are always well kept and clean. read more

there is a young gentleman that works at this location in the drive thru pharmacy & although he might know how to do his job, his communication and customer service is the WORST!!!!! I've been here 3 times and had to get rude with him because he speaks to people in a very unprofessional way. i drove another 20 minutes just to go to another location because I was about get out of character just to get my medicine when I was sick as a dog. Amanda told me my UPS package wasn't there. I called the manager Lorri and she said they opened my package and were using it in the store!! Then said, "hold on I'll get it for you". I don't want a used item!! I paid for something new! Opening someone else's mail is a federal crime! This store is a joke. They've been reported to corporate. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years and the store has continually gone down hill. The pharmacy does not not have enough staff and they are always overrun with too many scripts and not enough staff to fill them. The pharmacists will often refuse to fill my prescriptions for up to 72 hours because the pharmacist does not have time to fill them. Between my insurance and the payments I make, I spend well over $2000.00 a month here. When I complained to the pharmacy staff, I was told "...that is fine, you can take your business elsewhere. You can call back tomorrow to check if we have the drug in stock." Seriously???? After 10 years, spending over $2000.00 dollars a month and the staff tells me go somewhere else if I don't like the answer they are giving to me???? I am going to Publix from now on and I will not go back to another CVS. read more

Incompetent, rude & worthless. Many issues with them claiming not to get prescription orders from our doctor, on several occasions. Our doctor called in our prescriptions, after CVS claimed not to have received the infomation electronically. CVS refused to take the order over the phone, and told our doctor to leave the information on voicemail- and then claimed they never got the voicemail!!! Zero stars. Find another pharmacy! Not only is this CVS location as clean, bright and organized as others, the customer service is just exemplary every time we shop here! A few days ago, we stopped in and selected our normal series of vitamins and supplements as we always do, and were about to head to the cashier to check out. One of the store clerks was busily re-stocking the shelves, and asked if we needed any assistance. We said, no thank you, but she asked if she could see what we selected, since a new sale started that day. Frankly, my wife was a little anxious to head to an appointment we had, but showed the clerk the bottles. The clerk immediately found the same items in bigger bottles, at a lesser base cost, and each selection were part of a two-for-one sale. Thanks to her interest, we easily saved well over $50 in about thirty seconds. When I told the Manager how pleased we were by her employee's actions, she smiled and said, "Well, that's what we're here for!" Pretty impressive! read more

I swear the pharmacy staff in this CVS has issues. As far as having your prescriptions done on time they are great. Properly pricing your prescriptions they are horrible dot com. How many times must you explain to them you have insurance on file a million times and they overlook it. This has happened more times then I can remember. After resubmitting my insurance AGAIN!!! is when their light bulb goes off NO GOOD!! to add insult to injury they confirm that the insurance I resubmitted was ALREADY! in the damn system smh!. Just an awful CVS. The pharmacy is sloooow and inefficient. The store is small for a CVS. It's poorly stocked and crowded. The most difficult area to maneuver is by the front cashier. This because stacks of items are placed there creating a very small aisle in front of the cashier. This is particularly distressful for disabled people using canes or walkers. I usually shop CVS but not this store. read more
