The pump does not have a credit card reader, one must go inside to pay after making a fuel purchase. No logic is applied, nor did the manager and employee want to hear. The credit card company was contacted, the cause is due to their antiquated credit card machine. The police were called stating I was a drive off as I was on the phone with the credit card company trying to resolve this issue. Twice now, they have refilled Eliquis 180 day supply at a cost of $110.00 per script out of pocket for my mother. I have turned off ALL auto-refill. I have told them multiple times, she's on hospice and only those scripts should be filled. Today I FINALLY found out there's a secondary site for auto refill which also coordinates meds so that multiple refills are ready at the same time. (FYI that services sucks too as it's NEVER had them ready at the same time.) How am I supposed to know there is a secret site and that I have to not only tell the pharmacy she's on Hospice and only those scripts should be filled but also that ONLY the pharmacy staff have the ability to cancel this secret refill list (because I have no access or visibility to this)? What is the use of having an app and a website to "manage" scripts if you can't really manage? I would have less of an issue if I at least had visibility to this. But it's completely hidden from the account view.
