Rick(le) now packages his pickles in smaller jars. Thank you Jesus and Rick. We picked up one jar ($7) and promised to return when Dona opened her buffet. The pickles are tasty and unusual. We purchased the chips. They aren't sweet. They aren't dill. There is A LOT of garlic involved. Just go to the website and find a local outlet and buy yourself a jar of Rickle's Pickles. PS We happened upon the pickle outlet (NO I NOT FREAKIN' KIDDING - IT SAYS PICKLE OUTLET RIGHT ON THE DOOR!!!) in the outlet mall the night before and purchase $50 dollars in pickles and stuff so I was able to keep our RP purchase small. Since the pandemic, there have been several different items I have not been able to get for my family that they love. Some prices have really sky rocketed on some items as well. Aldi sometimes has a nice house plant selection too, when they are watered and taken care of. The store is cleaned and products are not in the aisle ways. The shelves are typically always full, unless it doesn't come on the truck. Or the supplier just isn't sending it.

As my item was located in the back of the store I was able to get the lay of the land and the layout and organization did make sense. Still if an employee was not available overhead signage or a store map would make it easier for a customer to find what they were looking for. In general the store was clean, nothing was obstructing the aisles, and it appeared as if things were well stocked. Checkout was fast, friendly, and efficient.They have a loyalty program that I declined, but it may be beneficial to someone that shops here on a regular basis. They returned empty-handed after being told the bands were "on the back wall" but couldn't find them. I sent them back, instructing them to ask for help again. This time, a staff member--later identified as the manager--told them, "If you don't see them, we don't have them," and offered no assistance. Frustrated, I went myself and found the rubber bands easily right where they were supposed to be. This wasted an entire hour of our time because the manager couldn't be bothered to help two young customers. When I complained, I was told the manager was at the bank. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for a store that's supposed to be a reliable neighborhood spot.
