New pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions I have been on and they have been filling for years. Pharmacy Mgr backs her up and they now refuse to fill any and all of my multiple meds, including antidepressant, pain, anti-anxiety, migraine, etc. I suffered severe injuries in an MVA 40+ years ago. Wish I didn't have to still deal with fallout but I do. My Dr's office says they have never dealt with a more unprofessional Pharmacy. Multiple false claims made. Absolutely HORRIBLE Rx system. My mother is on Hospice. I manage her scripts. I am doing so through the website. Twice now, they have refilled Eliquis 180 day supply at a cost of $110.00 per script out of pocket for my mother. I have turned off ALL auto-refill. I have told them multiple times, she's on hospice and only those scripts should be filled. Today I FINALLY found out there's a secondary site for auto refill which also coordinates meds so that multiple refills are ready at the same time. (FYI that services sucks too as it's NEVER had them ready at the same time.) How am I supposed to know there is a secret site and that I have to not only tell the pharmacy she's on Hospice and only those scripts should be filled but also that ONLY the pharmacy staff have the ability to cancel this secret refill list (because I have no access or visibility to this)? What is the use of having an app and a website to "manage" scripts if you can't really manage? I would have less of an issue if I at least had visibility to this. But it's completely hidden from the account view. read more

Extremely poor customer service in the pharmacy. Very condescending in answering questions regarding medication. We will not be back! Also, I hope as health care professionals, pharmacy staff is aware that masks should be worn over the nose! read more

I think is one the most clean Walgreen I been at and friendly too. Always asking if you need help, always keep in with the line, everytime I go you can see them working on something even the cashier is helping on the floor. Pick up order are always made in time. when I can't find something they will offer to help and check in the back too. Manager are always working too. I can't believe the workers in this pharmacy including the pharmacist can't answer a simple question, is this prescription strength or OTC ! Was put on hold 3 different times the last time by the Pharmacist and after 22 minutes still no answer, finally with much frustration I hung up ! Go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs where your questions matter and get answered. 12/31/18 read more

Don't go here if you expect to get anything on time. The pharmacist put at least 3 prescriptions on the " too soon to fill list" by mistake?!?! Now they tell me they can't do anything for at least 2 business days at the end of the day Friday on a holiday weekend. So I guess I have to wait almost a week until Thursday. Thank good it's not life or death!!!!! I'll be shopping elsewhere!! read more
