I went online and it looked as though this location had both, but to be sure I called to confirm. I was on hold for 15 minutes. That is way too long. They should have at least picked up and asked to be placed on hold. When I arrived in the drive thru, there was a car in front of me. My appt was scheduled for 10:45 and I waited for a few minutes so I wasn't seen promptly. The pharmacist asked if I have ever taken a Covid test before and I said yes, but that it had been awhile so he walked me through the steps. I was impressed that my results (negative) came back the next morning. If you are short on time, I would not suggest this location for appointments unless you go inside. Also, be prepared to wait awhile if you are trying to reach them by phone.

I want to commend the Lynx Lane CVS Pharmacy Dept because all of my experiences have been wonderful. From visiting new doctors to new medications, getting my 'scrips filled has been nothing but seamless here. No matter the time of day, including the dreaded 5-6pm hour, I've yet to experience a line. Today's experience showed me just how attentive they are (again). When ringing me up, the nice tech noticed I had no refills left on my specific medication and offered to reach out to the prescribing doc's office. No need since I was meeting with the doc again soon to reup, but the proactive offer was certainly appreciated. That's the kind of tech I'd want filling my meds. FYI - not only can you walk up to the counter, they also offer drive through pick-up, with covid testing.

Deep gratitude for Ian at Twin Knolls Tonight could have…read moregone very differently for my diabetic cat -- and for me -- if it weren't for Ian at the Twin Knolls Walgreens. I was scared, stressed, and completely out of insulin after another Walgreens closed hours earlier than advertised. Ian spoke to me with such kindness and steadiness. He said, "Miss Walton, let me see if I can help you out," and those words alone calmed me. Then he came back with, "Great news... we've got several extra Lantus pens in inventory." He didn't stop there. He told me he'd try to push it through, and when he returned with, "Great news, Ms. Walton! I was able to push it through for you! We've got you covered," I genuinely felt the weight lift off my chest. People like Ian make all the difference in the world. He turned a crisis into relief with compassion, competence, and heart. Either they don't offer more than one flavor or the app isn't updated with the options. So I get the basic chicken. Rotisserie, no. Baked, yes. But baked well, no. It's lightly baked and it's dry, tough although supposedly just made that morning. Like, it's yellow, not even brown. Seasoned, no. It's just chicken. The skin was not even edible. It was tough.. kinda muscular like. It was the blandest hospital grade protein in the world. I eat it with bbq sauce. The flavor & texture is so off that my body rejects it. I try again the next day, same. Just thrown up. This is not real chicken. I don't know who sources it but this is not real. I knew I was taking a chance since I get my protein from a small local farm but this... straight in the trash. I ended up eating can of sardines. Imagine having abdominal surgery with difficulty walking, ordering a chicken to eat off of for a few days and get sent something completely inedible clearly made from a 3D printer. So it requires you to get up and move around more and figure out a new plan of action... mind you, you are already on disability so funds are low. It should be illegal to sell food like that.

If anything, they go above and beyond the call here on occasion. For example, they usually remember us. Not just, "Oh, here's your records" stuff, but walk in the door and (if it's the main pharmacists) they'll know what we're there for. That's something you don't get at your other places! Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.

I noticed a few of the shelves were not stopped so they probably have not gotten their shipment in for the weekend. If I needed to go here I would again.
