I was immediately greeted by one of the Chick-fil-A employees while I entered. As I approached the counter, I was once again greeted by a different Chick-fil-A employee who was working the register. His name was Douglas. While I was placing my order, I noticed something neat that he was wearing and I complimented him on it. We then engaged in a little small talk, and we had a pleasant conversation. So, I don't know how other folks feel, but from my experience I've noticed that most of the employees at every Chick-fil-A have a higher level of professionalism and friendliness than is typical at most other fast food restaurants. I have also found that they provide good old-fashioned face-to-face customer service, instead of just adding a bunch of stupid (impersonal) kiosks like several other fast-food establishments have recently done. These are just two of the reasons that Chick-fil-A will continue to be a successful business. Several other fast food establishments have just not mastered customer service the way that Chick-fil-A has, in my opinion. Employees like Douglas are one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He was awesome. Finally, I've always enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, and this location was no different. Not only is the chicken really delicious, but I'm also happy that Chick-fil-A is willing to let me have a bunch of sauces to go along with my meal without being annoying by charging me extra for them (like McDonald's typically does). I highly recommend this business because they provide excellent food in a pleasant environment while having professional and friendly employees. That's a well-earned five-star rating from my perspective.

It is incredibly delicious, packed with flavor, and made with perfectly fresh ingredients. And let's not forget about the delicious cinnamon roll! Absolutely scrumptious! Their service is just as wonderful as the food. The cashier lady working there was so nice, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They were still slightly faster than my recent visit to Burger King. Generally speaking, Chick- fil-A and McDonalds reign the title for FAST food. I bet they would double or triple the number of customers that were served during my wait. I drove thirteen minutes out of the way as I don't like the Wendys on Dobbin Rd. Unfortunately by the time I got home, our dinner was cold. My husband said the fries which are supposed to be crispy weren't. Apparently they guarantee that the fries are hot and crispy. It's understandable and expected that they weren't hot since I had a bit of a drive home. The fries tasted stale, old, and perhaps overcooked. If we ate there it may have tasted better hot. I will commend this location on two things they did right: 1) the person who took my order apologized for the delay and was super friendly and 2) he punched a hole on the lids so that we could differentiate the two soda flavors.

To me, this just shows me a business that is trying to reduce their customer service by not hiring cashiers and making the customer perform the cashier's job with no cost benefit to the customer. After placing my order, I was then questioned with how much I would like to tip. I found this to be even more annoying. What am I tipping for? The quality of the food?...I haven't eaten it yet. The quality of the service?...I haven't received any yet. Tipping BEFORE any experience is ridiculous and presumptuous. To me, tipping is a way for the customer to show that they are satisfied (or highly satisfied) with the experience they have had AFTER they have had it. I ended up ordering the double SmokeShack Burger, which comes with two beef patties, cheese, bacon, cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. The burger was really delicious, but I was surprised by how small it was for being a double. I also ordered the Bacon Cheese Fries, which are crinkle cut French fries topped with cheese sauce and bacon. This was pretty good too, but not as good as I thought it would be. For my drink I was going to get a soda-pop, but then I decided to try their Shack-Made Lemonade. It tasted weird, and I regretted getting it. In comparison with my favorite fast food restaurant, In-N-Out (primarily in the western U.S.), I can get a similar meal at In-N-Out for about HALF the cost. I don't know about you, but if I pay substantially more I expect a substantially better experience. I hope that the other Shake Shack businesses don't operate like this one; This was NOT a worthwhile experience, especially considering the cost.

We made it a combo (for one of our meals) which comes with a fountain drink and chips with your choice of salsa or queso. We both agreed that the entrées were delicious and very hearty. We both took half of our entrees home. However, the chips were a little bit bland and not sure if it tasted fresh. They could've used some salt, but I really enjoyed the queso. They offer a loyalty program and when you join, you can get $5 off your first order. They also have gift cards available and you can place online orders. We are both fans and wished they were closer to us. It's about a 15 minute drive away from our home.
