The fitting rooms were already unlocked which is not always the case in other RK stores. I think their clothing and footwear stock is also the most I've seen in a RK store. There is a lot of inventory to choose from here. I walked through the entire store checking out everything. Parking seemed more than adequate as plenty of spaces were available right in front of the main entrance.

And especially I like their front-line staff. All that was true in this store also. I had a terrific conversation with a tall, slender fortyish woman with long blonde hair, whose name I did not get. I had a totally charmed interaction with young Tricia, who had terrific customer service skills. I really enjoyed telling her that the radio stations that Circle K stores tend to use come from IHeart Radio, broadcasting from my long-standing town of Asheville North Carolina - and that, since my little service Chihuahua Panchita and I have been traveling for a year and a half in my camper van, I even one night camped in the big field out behind the iHeart station in Asheville. That was a lot of fun to talk about with her. The reason I gave the store only a three out of five was because of the store manager. I don't know what's going wrong in the Circle K system, but this is the second Circle K manager who seemed totally lacking in customer service skills. This guy, named Trent, was all business and totally devoid of charm. That was also the case with a guy name Aaron who was the manager of the Circle K store on Bardstown Road in Louisville Kentucky. I think Circle K needs to take a good, hard look at who they promote to management. When so many of the front-line staff are really super, they ought to be able to find managers who are both efficient and also gracious with customers. I bet that tall slender woman with the long blonde hair could be a great store manager. She had tremendous poise and self-confidence and I bet she would have the right blend of a efficiency and customer service chops.

About a month ago, I was having an asthma flare and needed to be seen and get a prescription for steroids. I registered online an hour ahead of time. I got there at my allotted time slot. The NP said the other patients had been waiting over an hour and she would see them first, even though I registered online. I normally wouldn't have minded, but I felt pretty terrible and registering ahead was supposed to decrease wait time. 45 min later, I was seen. It took her 3 attempts to enter insurance info. And when I explained I needed steroids, she lectured me about how antibiotics and steroids would not help me bc I had a virus. I said I didn't want antbx. That my pulmonologist has sent me to be seen and get steroids. She lectured me about an asthma plan with my "pulmologist" without listening to me when I told her that this was the plan! She couldn't even pronounce pulmonologist!! Honestly, I'm a Mastered-prepared nurse as well. I'm an Anesthesia Nurse (CRNA). This NP was ridiculous!! This NP made us all (Advanced Practice Nurses) look bad. Truly, follow the cvs protocol as designed regarding which pt is seen next. Brush up on your education and treating requirements. And, last but not least, LISTEN to your patient instead of talking over them. At one point, she said, " tell me that again. I wasn't paying attention." Really? Maybe it's time for her to retire early!
