The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

I noticed that the cashier Tatiana was speaking to a vendor but she had not begin checking out his invoice. She was simply complaining about another situation that she had experienced with a different vendor. While I was standing at the counter she looked over at me and asked me if I wanted to use self check out. I merely said no. Again I was not in a rush but I did not have the desire to check myself out. Tatiana came over to the register and she told me that the gentleman was a vendor amd she was trying to take care of him. I told her that I understand because I am also a vendor when I visit retail stores. Then I explained to her that I wasn't in a rush but I did not want to check my check out. She grimaced at me and rang up my two items. She had a very sassy had look on her face as if she was mad at me for her having to do her job. Maybe this is a training issue. She could have easily communicated, "ma'am I am not able to check you out and you will have to use self check out". Being that I told her that I was not in a rush OR she could have finished whatever she was doing with the vendor and then came over to take care of me. This is not the behavior that I expect when I stop and shop at a CVS. The prices are usually more elevated than other retail places but I shop here for ease and convenience because it is located close to my residence. I will not Be back.

I explain my situation to the pharmacist and she was not only very helpful but also very friendly. She was able to get me a three day supply of the medicine I needed. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here.

Pleasant. With a baby, this has saved me a few times. There are a lot of people working there at any given time, so prescriptions are filled quickly. The staff has been so friendly and really takes the time to help me with any questions I have. For me, it's just a bonus that it's locally owned and operated. I like supporting local businesses. She is very patient and does great at the photo orders. Lastly I met Renee who was a busy bee keeping the store clean and greeting all of the shoppers! My sister just got out of the hospital and we went to Walgreens to pick up her prescriptions. While…read morewaiting on a long drive through line in excess of 35 minutes we called the pharmacist to make sure that she had the prescriptions and we were told by the pharmacist Trang via telephone that she only had one prescription and it would be 90 minutes before it would be ready. Even with her unclear accent and her choppy rendition of the English language her cold and unsympathetic words were loud so very rude. We called the nurse at the hospital to let him know that only one prescriptions was was received; the nurse immediately called Walgreens and spoke with the pharmacist (Trang) who was described as having a thick accent and was Very-Very rude and gave him a hard time about the prescription. Once we finally made it to the drive through window the pharmacist (Trang) denied speaking with the nurse and never inputted the prescription. My sister was doubled over in pain and her only saving grace was Kesha (the pharmaceutical tech) who went above and beyond to help find and fill the prescription that Trang the pharmacist chose to ignore and dismiss! Kesha spoke with the nurse and was able to fill the prescription in minutes. The job of a pharmacist is a crucial and much needed job, and for a Head Pharmacist to blatantly dismiss and deny a sick persons medication to aid in their recovery is terrible, but to be rude and dismissive to a medical professional who is concerned for a sick patient recovery is discussing! We often use this pharmacy and we can always expect to receive unprofessional, rude service, with a dismissive attitude from Pharmacist Trang. Customers deserve better service than the subpar service Pharmacist Trang is giving! The only reason I gave two stars for this review is because of Keshas professionalism, caring ways and her willingness to always help everyone.

The store is clean, well maintained, and quiet. There seemed to be more snacks available compared to the other local Walgreens. I may consider transferring my prescriptions here for all of the stated reasons.
