Every time I go here they don't know what they are doing. Today I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes and nobody said a word to me and finally I drove to the front and went inside right at 1:30 an they say they're closing for lunch. No signs or anything just put the gate down as I'm walking up to the register. I understand everyone deserves lunch but however if you have ten people in the drive thru waiting on you an none of them know you're closed wouldn't you agree that's a huge waste of time for us as customers? Because it doesn't even say this online. - but mainly why would you let me sit in the drive thru til 1:30 and not say anything if you close AT ONE THIRTY ...? read more

Poor customer service. I needed to get my 92-yr-old mom's prescription, and since her caregiver couldn't come stay with her, I got her to my car in her wheelchair, drove on the snowy roads in my neighborhood and made it to CVS. After sitting at the drive/through and not noticing a small hand-written sign saying DT was closed, I park, leave Mom in car, and go inside. It's now probably 1:27. As I approached the pharmacy, someone behind the counter snapped, "We're closing for lunch." I wanted to sit down right there on the floor and cry. If she had just been nicer, maybe a little apologetic, I wouldn't have been so upset. I announced as I turned around that I was changing pharmacies. The lady said something snippy back. But a man overheard me and said he was switching pharmacies, too, because the customer service there is no -existent. read more

Used to be a CVS regular but there is not one close to us since we moved to Trilogy. Susan has been trying to find an OTC product for the past three weeks and WalMart is out (shelves are empty) and the same with Walgreens. We went to lunch yesterday and it is down the road from the CVS in Denver. Unfortunately this one is 8 miles away from us. They had what she wanted and since we were having problem getting the product elsewhere, she bought two. Friendly staff, very clean and were well stocked. Will probably be back for hard to find things. read more

This pharmacy is ridiculous! They're always out of my medications they tell you they're going to have to order it. They Give the day they're in, then you go back to pick up and they tell you the medication is on back order. In the meantime I've wasted two more days and I'm on a medication I can't take a break on! Infuriating. It's happening all the time! They're terrible! I feel for the staff. They work hard and they take the brunt of the anger from the customers! Get it together CVS. We do have other options! Walmart does a great job. So does Walgreens! read more

After having issues with Walgreens I moved to CVS, after being put on Acutane for 7 months, I still had to call CVS and tell them they had my prescription before they would fill it. Every. Single. Time. On my 8th month I had the rudest customer service I've every experienced. While trying to understand why they did not fill my prescription this time around, 8 months into something done regularly. February 26, pharmacy customer service rep at 9:30am, it is TOO early to be that rude when trying to figure out an inconvenience that occurs constantly there at CVS on Webb's road and ends up being an issue on your end every time. The service here is awful- very rarely are my prescriptions here correct/ready. I usually have to call CVS Caremark and have them call the pharmacy to get my prescription filled. The girl Ashley who works there is especially nasty and extremely unwilling to help. I feel very worried about elderly people or those who might be otherwise compromised trying to refill their prescriptions here. I wonder how many of them have had mistakes in their refills. 4 out of the last 5 scripts I've had filled here were a complete nightmare. The last time I was in the woman in front of me had an issue where they only gave her 30 of her 90 tablets and then gave her attitude when she asked for it to be corrected, then my medications were both incorrect and I had to call CVS Caremark to walk them thru how to fill them, and then the gentleman behind me had his prescription filled THREE times instead of just the 1 he was supposed to have. They are definitely struggling here. read more

I gave it one star because the app won't allow me to do ZERO stars. They were great a couple of years ago. They have gone down hill VERY fast. The last few times I have come they have either had the drive-through closed or the inside closed causing a huge line. If they can't stop their store. They should just close it. I have seen glimpses of good service at this location in the past. My experience today service was unacceptable. I had a question which required some focus regarding a package that was delivered to the store for pickup. Unfortunately, the two ladies at the counter focused on everyone else in line, and asked me to wait while they helped those who arrived after me, and the line kept coming. I finally left after the 5th person that they let in front of me. Don't expect Dallas to help you. FYI. If you call the store and want information about any front of store questions, the helpful recording says "I will transfer you to someone who can help" and then they promptly hang up the phone without answering. I will shop at a different location and suggest you do to until someone with customer service experience takes management responsibility at the store. read more

This pharmacy should be shut down! Their staff is totally inept, rude and downright horrific. Amanda, who claimed to be the manager of the pharmacy doesn't deserve the job whatsoever. She is RUDE with the most bizarrely condescending attitude I've ever experienced out of ANYONE I've every encountered my entire life! I spoke to her yesterday to get my medicine transferred there from my pharmacy 30 min away, since my medicine was not available by me. I was supposed to get a 90 day supply. On my way there today, I called to check the status as I hadn't received a text yet. Amanda said she hadn't filled it yet, & would have it ready "later today". I was already on my way with a 30 min drive ahead of me & she says w/the most condescending voice ever, as loud& obnoxious as she possibly could, MERRY CHRISTMAS, SEE YOU LATER, HAVE A GREAT DAAAAAYYYY! I said wait a min! I'm already on my way, can't you get it ready now? It was supposed to be ready. She continued to say, MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAVE A GREAT DAY, I'LL HAVE IT READY LATER TODAY! I said, wait- I don't understand, I asked for it to be ready today, and you're telling me it'll be hours from now and it's already mid day. Again with a totally condescending tone, & as if she was going to hang up on me at any moment, she says it'll be ready later today, have a GREAT DAY, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I said I want to speak to your manager. She said, Oh, well I AM the Manager, I guess I'll just REPREMAND MYSELF haha! I was FLOORD! What kind of a NUT JOB is this? And they let her handle medications??? She sounded like she is MEDICATING herself on all kinds of drugs! Seriously- she sounded insane! I said I want to speak to the store manager, and she again spoke over me, repeating herself, saying there's nothing anyone can do, and I guess I'll just reprimand myself! I said that's it, I'm calling corporate and I did. If CVS doesn't take action against this MADWOMAN, then I'll at least make it known to all to STAY AWAY and I'll be calling until they take action against her! When I did get my medicine, they only filled 30 of the 90 day script & claimed they had others come in & IMO flat out LIED to me. Tried to act like they had others come in BEFORE mine, which was a total lie because yesterday they had 554 pills of the 360 I needed so I was 1st in line! So basically they just purposefully screwed me out of my full prescription. Clearly ON PURPOSE. This place is total CRAP. Stay FAR away! read more

This was the worst experience yet for CVS, Webb Rd., Denver NC! I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was under the impression that the vaccinations I requested were free. At no point in my search was I informed that there would be a cost. The employee yelling at me over the counter as she was doing something else said in front of customers and employees that the shots were not free and that I would have to pay! Clearly, she knew I do not have medical insurance because of her questions. The professional and dignified way to handle this would have included a private conversation and perhaps alternatives offered! Won't ever be back again! read more

I have been with CVS for over 20 years. Loved them, small town everyone so sweet, willing to help out in anyway possible. The Pharmacist and staff were amazing. The last year they have a new pharmacist and staff.... horrible, rude, never get my medicine on time. Overcharge without checking to see if insurance has changed. All of a sudden I had two profiles that every time I'd be missing a prescription that was to blame but still haven fixed it. Just rude.... really sad. Hope we get someone new. Until then I'll be moving my business. read more

Hi...just moved to NC from NJ. I was a little intimidated to get my scripts filled here due to the poor reviews. I have to tell you. I do not agree. These folks have jumped through hoops to get me the meds I needed. They were polite, professional and proficient. Until they prove me wrong, I give them a 4 out of five. read more

I hate CVS. I have have had nothing but bad experiences with them and have not been in one in years. But due to new insurance, it dictates I use CVS to get prescriptions filled. Entered about 2pm. Handed the girl my Rx and insurance card and told her I wanted to wait. Was told 15-20 minutes. So I waited. And waited, and waited. Finally one of the pharm techs ask my name. She looks in a basket and says "Oh, Its ready". After I had waited over 30 minutes. Then tells me its going to be $73.99 even with my insurance card. When ask why, she has no good explanation. I leave, very upset and go to Wal Mart Pharmacy. Even with out insurance, the very same medication is $45.65 WTF!!! Can you tell me why with insurance at CVS its $73.99 and at Wal Mart without insurance its $45.65??? I can tell you why, because CVS is rippin' off its customers and the insurance companies, thats why. Add that to the rude pharmacy staff, and I would rather go to Wal Mart and pay full price without insurance, which is way below CVS's screw the customer price with insurance. I am reporting this to my insurance company and asking why they have a contract with CVS, when clearly they are ripping them off. read more
