No signs or anything just put the gate down as I'm walking up to the register. I understand everyone deserves lunch but however if you have ten people in the drive thru waiting on you an none of them know you're closed wouldn't you agree that's a huge waste of time for us as customers? Because it doesn't even say this online. - but mainly why would you let me sit in the drive thru til 1:30 and not say anything if you close AT ONE THIRTY ...?

Sale was by one, get one so that did not work out. The next day, after brunch and all the way up NC 16 Business, I decided to stop at this Walgreens since I had never been in this one before. It's an older one but well organized, great stock and very helpful employees, Got my two boxes and the sale was still on. ( my wife should be well stocked for a while with the box we got the day before) so won't have to go hunting again for a while. When I do, this is the first place I'm heading.

Some of the staff in the pharmacy, however, are unfriendly, rude and inefficient although there are some excellent ones in that department as well. It is hard to get help finding things in what Is a nice clean well stocked store. There are two really great pharmacists and one not so much. The specials and coupons are good bargains but like all CVS stores using them can be awkward and there is lots of fine print.

I've been there before but it's been a while so wanted to see if it had changed. Got there a little after noon and they were closed despite the posted hours. On the way over, I had passed the East Lincoln Mini Mart which has a big sign out front, "Best Hot Dogs in Town". Stopped in and their kitchen was down so no Hot Dogs. One more place and that was Jay's in Denver but sign said, closed until 3pm. Ended up with roller Dogs at the Quik Trip Gas Station. Not the best but still not too bad. Repeated the same thing yesterday. City Lunch was closed despite the hours being 5:30am to 5:30pm. East Lincoln Mini Mart had their equipment back online, so I ordered two of them. No place to sit so I took them home since I only live about 10 minutes away. Building is not much to look at, but the Hot Dogs were incredible. The dogs were all beef and had great flavor and texture with a nice snap. Not normally a fan of slaw and I did not tell them "No Slaw". so they came with slaw. Something about North Carolina, everything comes with slaw. Nevertheless, the Hot Dogs even with the Slaw were delicious. Price was more than reasonable and a great value The sign boasting "Best Hotdog in Town" on the front of the building is accurate and the place lives up to the sign. Will definitely be back.
