That's something you don't see everyday; a Target-less CVS. Decided to check it out, since I was so coveniently nearby (it's because I ate questionable foods, but let's pretend I am not that dumb). Basically, this place is a fancier looking Wallgreen's. But carries usually a similar set of items you expect regardless. To my surprise though, theu did have Halloween stuff already out. Maybe it is because I am a goblin, but made me feel represented. They did have Snapple Elements in stock, have not seen them forever and a day. And the lass was helpful for what I needed. The pharmacy was closing its gate in the middle of the day (1:30 pm) when I walked up. Staffer was willing to help me out with my scrip, the pharmacy manager looked at her and told her not to serve me. Again, this was the middle of the day, and a health care provider refused to sell me my scrip and told me to come back another time. Get your meds elsewhere. read more

Shorted me on my medication (adderall). Not the first time this has happened, but the first time in awhile. Of course I didn't count it right in front of them, only when i got home, so they wont do anything about it. I got 28 of 30. The "head pharmacist" that i spoke to on the phone said she counted them twice. I said you either counted wrong twice, or took them. I guess enjoy your adderall lady:) I will be speaking with whoever your boss is soon enough. After looking through reviews, I saw that I am not the only person this has happened to. And not only that, everyone seems to have a horrible experience at this place. Worst part is: it's not even my regular pharmacy. My local CVS was just out of stock because I just moved up on these from 20 to 30mg, so they sent me here. Ridiculous. No matter how nice you are, these pharmacists are MISERABLE, rude, and just plain awful. These pharmacists are the worst people I've ever met actually, and it's hard to believe they CHOSE a job that requires helping people. My old job unfortunately had a health plan that required me to use CVS, and every time I've had the displeasure of coming to this location, the pharmacists were unkind and unhelpful every single time. They also seem to be confused on how to do their job- my doctor sent in a prescription, and this CVS said they never received it. They told me to call my doctor to sort it out. After calling my doctor, they said they DID send the prescription to this location and to check back with CVS. I called CVS again, and they still claimed that my doctor didn't send it in. I repeated calling my doctor, which they said again that they were 100% sure they sent the prescription to this CVS location. I was tired of playing phone tag with everyone, so I stood my ground and kept saying my doctor DID send my prescription and to please check again. After another minute or so, CVS magically found my prescription in their system somehow. Multiple times, CVS sent messages saying my prescription was ready and when I pulled up, my medication was not ready and I was told to come back later. Sometimes I'd try calling CVS in advance to make sure my medication was actually ready to be picked up, and I would be on hold for well over an hour. I truly don't know why these pharmacists force themselves to do this job when they're seemingly miserable and would rather do anything else. I'm so happy I have a new job that doesn't require me to use CVS, I'm finally freeeeeeee! So yeah, go anywhere else for prescriptions if you can. read more

Horrible, degrading experience. Pharmacist lacks empathy and manners and does not adhere to pharmacy hours. In a less than ideal situation, we came in ten minutes before close, having driven straight from urgent care after getting diagnosed with pneumonia. When I tried to pick up my medication, the pharmacist said "Yeah, we close in ten minutes. Not gonna happen." When we tried to leave the building, a worker had to manually unlock the front door. This is a pharmacy. It isn't fast food. I came to pick up urgent medicine and it's reckless and irresponsible that the workers prioritized their own selfish desire to close the store early instead of doing their job. read more

One of the few 24 hour pharmacies on the west side of Denver. Lifesaver. They are hard to find.

If I could leave no stars I would. On the phone & the signs say they are open 24hours. I got there, there were plenty of employees inside however the doors were closed. I knocked on the door , trying to ask if they are closed. The employee & the store manager looked right at me and acted like they didn't see or hear my knocks. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in for my flu shot and man the whole pharmacy zone was just gross. I would have walked out if I wasn't on a work deadline to get it done. Garbage all over the floor in the vaccine room and boxes everywhere. He asked me to sign a form and just nodded to a pen on the counter. Run a vacuum. Pick up some garbage. Have a used and sanitized pen cup. Were coming in to get a shot done it would be nice to feel like it was a safe place to do so. read more

Open 24 hours? Find yourselves on the Road to Perdition with 3 flats and a tricycle wheel as a spare. It greatly mattered at 3 am, and if I was going to have to drive to Parker to find an open Pharmacy for some over the counter pain management meds, I would rather have known that before driving to your "lights on, doors locked" location and an additional 25 minutes out of my way. read more

I would not recommend this pharmacy. The staff cannot seem to get the job done, on multiple occasions. There is a lack of professionalism in dealing with customers and how the staff presents themselves (no name tags, unbrushed hair, pharmacists in t shirts and unwilling to help). Rarely they answer the phone and they are slow. I would, and will take my business elsewhere. In my experience the quality and care of CVS pharmacies in general has severely degraded. read more

The pharmacist that works the night shift is so rude and snappy. I've only been in there twice and both times he was bothered by someone coming to the counter and snapped at them on the way out. I understand no one excepts an outstanding customer service from pharmacies, but the pharmacy at this location does an outstanding job of creating a new low in customer service experience. Just a few seconds ago, I walked in to pick up a prescription, it took them over 20 minutes at drive-tru to even show up. I ended up going inside where I was treated even worse. Reviews are right, this is a terrible location. Don't bother trying the pharmacy, you'll be on hold for 20 minutes and then they'll tell you the prescription isn't in stock. They don't fill automatically, you have to call. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Note: the hours listed on Yelp are no longer correct. They are not open 24 hours, probably because they refuse to pay their workers a living wage. My doctor's office has had to send in prescriptions to the pharmacy multiple times before they were filled correctly. At this point I drive to a Walgreens in Arvada because I don't trust this CVS location to get my prescriptions right, and on time. On a positive note there is a new woman at the checkout that was wonderfully pleasant and patient to explain their coupon/reward system to me. It's a little confusing to use their app correctly until you're used to how it works. CVS ought to reconsider their management of this store. read more

Once again I arrive at the store at 9:50pm and was told to go away as the 24 hour store isn't open. I drive around to pharmacy because I desperately need COVID tests and medication because I am very ill. Well the pharmacist tells me that they will not get anything that requires them leaving the confines of the pharmacy area because they are far too busy. I was the only car lined up at the drive through. These CVS employees don't give one single care about your wellbeing. Don't patronize this store. They don't deserve anyone's business. Also of note this CVS attempted to charge me $400 for a prescription I filled across the street at King Soopers for $24. They are criminals. read more

This has to be the slowest. An average regular, simple prescription can take 24-48hours. Forget about calling . You are hold on average 40++. Minutes. So dissatisfied. Absolutely the worst cvs ever, no one will answer your phone call. I went this morning to a man getting arrested in front of the store, and the woman wouldn't let me inside and slammed the doors and said the systems were down, but wouldn't give me an answer when they would be back up so I could get my medication.
