Our pharmacy order was phoned. In early morning, at 4 pm we stopped by to pick up. Off course it wasn't ready. It wasn't ran thru insurance so all they had to do was literally hand it to us and pay. There were 4 women standing around in the back and took several minutes before they would even acknowledge us. They all acted like English was out of their realm, Yanet was particularly rude and acted like we were bothering her to even help us and just keep yelling in Spanish which we clearly didn't understand. This CVS location is a stand out , compared to many others that I've been to. Service is always great and they have a large selection of inventory. I frequent it because it's close to my office and I've always been satisfied with my purchasing experience while there. Today, I ran in to grab some packs of soda. Not thinking clearly, I didn't grab a shopping cart and was soon walking around like a moron trying to balance packs of soda and other misc items in my arms. Without asking, a store manager ran and grabbed a shopping cart and thus saved me from disaster, I'm sure ! ;) That's what I call service! Aside from this applause worthy example , I generally like CVS better than Walgreens. Prices may not be as low as Walmart or Target regularly, but their sales pretty much evens them out. Zero Stars! Beware, this is the worst pharmacy to get your prescription medications. Incompedent, slow & clueless staff (including the pharmacy manager). This staff refuses to provide you with the correct quantity amount of tablets prescribed by your physician and approved by your healthplan. The staff is also unaware of medication packaging changes to the point you have to educate them to go to the medication website so they can look at the change themselves before they continue talking to you with their condescending tone as if you are the one that is misinformed. This staff never apologizes for the mistakes they make or the inconvenience they cause. They love to give the excuses like they cannot open a second box of prepacked tablets in order to give you the correct & much needed quantity per month. They run the insurance Rx claim for a smaller monthly quantity than what you are precribed and allowed by your insurance yet they still run it for 30 day supply and that is not the way it's suppose to be done (this was verified with the MD & healthplan). The healthplan, the manufacture and the medication concierge line all state the pharmacy staff is LYING and what they are telling the patients is INCORRECT. The pharmacy is 100% ABLE to open a second box of prepacked tablets specially when you are a recurring patient going every month for the same medication and they CAN also order a correct quantity box from the supplier. Most importantly this Pharmacy's Staff should NEVER take it upon themselves to change your doctor's prescription in any way to accomodate them just because they are incompedent, lazy and unwilling to do their job. They should ALWAYS provide you with the correct quantity and dosage exactly as prescribed and approved - No Excuses! This pharmacy staff is seriously jeopardizing their patients health because of their intentional neglect and lack of service. I personally reported them to all the necessary entities for a proper investigation in the way they operate. Everyone I spoke to when filing these complaints expressed their shock and concern for their behavior. It's UNACEPTABLE that a patient is unable to receive their medication exactly as prescribed by their doctor and approved by their healthplan because this pharmacy staff refuses do their job correctly. No excuse they send your way will ever justify it. If something is wrong with the way they process your medication, or they simply provide you with less than the appropriate service you deserve, please report them as well. read more

What ever happened to the great service provided by the pharmacists at CVS Pharmacy (3750 NW 87th Ave)? Today I we t to pick up my subscriptions and a woman named Kelia made me feel like I had stopped at a C rated fast food drive through. Don't they teach them to greet and handle people in a positive way? Kelia seemed bothered to be helping me get my subscriptions, she was rude and apathetic. It's not the first time either the last time (which wasn't her) I felt the same way but never bothered to write a review. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks but no thanks. I don't know what happened to this location... but seems to have gone down hill since covid. This used to be my go to. I would even drive out of my way to come here. But I think today might be the last time. Lots of items are out of stock. Huge lines. No one to help in the aisles to get you items that are locked up. I had a few things in my cart today and ended up leaving them behind because because I couldn't complete my shopping. I ended up going to a Walgreens that was more out of the way but had what I needed and checked out without any issues. I hope this cvs can get it together again. read more

CVS is CVS but that is what is great. From a cheap bottle of booze to some aloe for your sunburn and some things to spice up the bedroom solo or otherwise CVS is on point. The staff is pretty friendly but it does get pretty hectic when there has only been one cashier. The rewards program is pretty good. This particular location can be challenging to get out of due to the ​parking lot and a median to navigate and it is on a very busy intersection. They have some pretty good specials on drinks if you scope out the cooler you mind find one you like. The ATM doesn't charge me a fee so BONUS for me. read more

my husband just go out of the hospital we need and prescription and the lady told us first that is was impossible for today to have the medicine, told her was an emergency she ask the manager and then she told us we can come at 6'pm and then she told us oh I'm sorry I have 10 papers I can not give you medicine today. A nicely sized location with lots of section of items. Staff is decent and usually you're out of there pretty quick. There's lots of parking but getting out of it can be challenging if you're trying to go west. read more

RUDEST Wasn't feeling well and scheduled a rapid Covid test. When I reached the drive through window I was greeted in Spanish. Gave the employee my confirmation number and she opened the window where I saw a ziplock bag. She didn't say a word as far as what I was supposed to do with it. I just looked at her astonished. She asked me if I never had one done, and told me to swab my nostrils. And then she was gone. No idea what to do next. I guess a coworker who was taking care of a customer heard me say several times "unbelievable " and she finished giving me the instructions. I felt to ill to get off my car and speak to a manager so I called the store and asked for one and again I was greeted in Spanish. At that point I gave up speaking in English. The manager never introduced herself. I heard "how can I help you?" Three times: first when she came to the phone, then after I asked her if she was a manager and replied yes and then after I asked her for her name (I was so aggravated) that I can't remember it. She listened to me and said with a tone of voice that was obvious she couldn't care less that she will address it. No apology, nothing. I will never go back to that store. I guess CVS is saving money by hiring people who are clueless about customer service and without any training about how to speak to civilised customers who most of the time are ill. read more

Got appt at CVS Pharmacy located at 13898 SW 56th St./Kendall for FLU shot, arrived on time, after 18' waiting at the line, a clerk at the counter instead to attend me immediately (appt time), told me there were 2 people ahead, so I had to wait for them to be shot. Also, another technician working at the back of the counter told me "Everybody has to wait and also you too", " what a very good service at CVS Pharmacy.....!, why did they create " Appt service"if the Employees don't respect it..! read more

The address was not accurate about.5 miles in the vicinity but worth finding. This is the largest Pharmacy of the CVS chain in the area to traffic is crazy busy. Staff was excellent very helpful and friendly it's just very busy here. If the other locations are out of what you need these guys will have it plentiful to include medications. Parking is very challenging and drive-thru is insane!! But they have it so be patient with the staff they have it very hard. There are Covid appointments being fulfilled so that adds to the game. read more

The most inconvenient cvs you can ever visit. I live walking distance to this store and the times I've been there to buy an item, they're always out of stock. This is the third time I go to get a medication for my cold and it's the third time that they don't have what I'm looking for. I ask the pharmacist and all she says is either the truck comes in Saturday's to restock or that it's still in the back and they haven't put it out yet. Like doesn't even go back and see if they have it. And needles to say how rude are the cashiers reps.. try to avoid this store and save yourself time from going. read more

If you want to find the worst customer service in a pharmacy go to that pharmacy they didn't even know that they are minute clinic location as shown on the text sms messages , I visited the pharmacy for a CPR (Covid rapid test)and they did not offer any instructions of where to go to and how , so when I arrived the following day they finally gave the details that the test was suppose to be handled through the drive-thru and not inside they made me waste time by going inside , instead they should anticipate the customer needs and offer directions ahead of time . read more

So I arrived at this location at approximately 6:15am looking to make some last minute purchases. One of the clerks who was emptying the trash, greeted me as soon as I got out the car. Once inside the store, I was greeted by another employee, believed to be the manager. He asked did I need help finding anything and I explained to him that I was looking to purchase some hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, and water. He then advised that these items were all out of stock however, he did provide a date and time of the next truck delivery. Even though I was unable to purchase the items I needed, I left the store satisfied because of the assistance and attention I received at this CVS location. I went into this CVS which is right up the street from my house to get a finger splint. I looked around the medical supply area and I was not able to find anything. Upon asking one of the workers she pointed in the general direction and said it's somewhere over there. I waited in line to ask the lady at the cash register for some assistance. She responded to me if it's not there then we don't have it. I asked her to help me look or to check in the back and she said no. Just flat out no. I Have been to many cvs pharmacies. I haven't really had problems before. This is the first and it was outrageous enough that I will never buy from them EVER again. Their customer service team and manager Elexis Baker both indirectly called me a liar and tried to talk me to death repeating the same thing over again thinking it would make me give up. Elexis the manager at this store couldn't care less for cvs customers.Terrible example of leadership and even when i was leaving I saw him reprimand one of his female cashiers for his mistake.Never again am I going to this cvs at Doral. read more

The cvs @ 2300 N Flamingo Rd, Pembroke Pines, Fl never has my Rx ready. My doctor called in and faxed and RX over 3 times in one day and they still didn't get it. The pharmacy has the worst customer services in Doral, I can't believe the lack of attention that this department has.
