I am very disappointed with my Walmart+ membership experience. I pay for this service specifically to have my groceries delivered to my home, but this is now the third week in a row that home delivery has not been available, and I have had to pick up my order instead. On top of that, when I unpacked my groceries, every single bag was covered in raw chicken juice. It appears the chicken trays were placed on top of the other bags, and the leaking, sticky, foul-smelling juice got all over the rest of my groceries. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I am paying for a membership that is clearly not delivering the service promised, and the condition of my order made the experience even worse. I expect much better handling, food safety, and reliability. read more

Big Walmart located at Doral area, plenty of parking, one police car by the entrance, another one either police or security driving by the parking lot. All reasonable prices and huge selections. Produce are fresh and plenty of options. Check out has lines and most people buy in bulk and it takes so much time. Free plastic bags that I love to reuse. read more

Just came to my regular Walmart to pay first of all they only have five stations open besides the self-pay and they were all backed up for a giant supercenter like this. This is ridiculous. But the worst part is that when I was leaving, the lady told me that I had water that I hadn't paid for. I told you I did. She hadn't even looked at my receipt. She just stopped me this short lady. I said well here's my receipt and it's right there she says no it's not it can't be seven it has to be 17. I said listen to me. I pay for this water. This is it. She finally said ok. I thought it was the other one. Better drink people not embarrassing me especially I'm wearing a suit come on really. Between how crowded it gets plus there is no room to move because they want to have some sort of display on every inch of space. EMPLOYEE NAMED AURA IS EXTREMELY RACIST AND TRASHY. The employee I encountered was rude, dismissive, and made a simple checkout issue far more difficult than it needed to be. My Fianće had no knowledge Walmart didn't take Apple Pay, when he left to get his wallet AURA was saying racist comments about us and pretended not to speak English when I apologized.... I was ignored, disrespected, targeted, and embarrassed. There was a clear lack of basic customer service, communication, and respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. This store has the rudest associates. Unfortunately, it is the closest to me so will most likely go back. However, I have decided I will start calling out the associates, both the rude ones and helpful/nice ones. Take note, there is seldom a helpful one to be found. I usually come to this Walmart Supercenter after going to the Sam's Club next door. There are some items that I need in smaller quantity so this always works out. As a supermarket, Walmart consistently has better prices on the same brands of food and non-food items you find in other supermarkets. Overall, the prices here are usually less. The store does get very busy but the self-checkout area always moves quickly. Walmart also lets you scan your items ahead of time and pay, then you scan the code on your phone for a physical receipt before exiting. read more

First time coming here. Needed a place to grab some groceries for the week. Really big Wal-Mart location too. Plenty of parking, thankfully there wasn't a shortage on anything. Employees are quite friendly too. Check out lines are too long and slow and it's always encouraged (kind of forced) to go to the self check out lane. It has everything you would expect of a Walmart, but this one seemed somewhat organized, although very busy, and I can say I had a pleasant experience here. This is the biggest, and busiest Walmart I have ever been to so far, and the worst for customer service. I had a really bad sunburn and needed to get some aloe vera to help soothe the pain and to keep it from blistering. My oh my, I knew it must be around the pharmacy but couldn't locate it. I finally saw an employee stocking shelves in the pharmacy and asked her where the aloe Vera was located. That was a waste of my breath as she just said over there. Over there where, I was just over there. Long story short her customer service didn't help but my daughter was able to find some and now to go stand in the long, long line, but ah the relief for my sunburn. read more

I stepped inside the Walmart mistakenly thinking that I could pick up my groceries through there when indeed I should have gone through the curbside side of the store, but in any case, a lot has changed over the years. I remember the days when my mom used to work at this Walmart and I would spend overnight shifts with her running around amok in the store and hiding inside clothing racks as well as speaking over the loudspeaker because I knew the code. Also, I will never forget the endless amounts of gaming hours I put in, and every single new game that was coming out for PS1 that I would get a change to play before the rest of my friends. Aaaanyway! The five stars I am rating here are for their curbside pick up. They do a phenomenal job and have a great system, and the people working are very steadfast. I was about a half hour early for my pick up, and while there were barely any cars there to begin with, just mine and another two, everything seemed seamless. Also, the mini snack-bag for game-time was adorable and much appreciated. Thank you! And will definitely use this service again. read more

Yes, they cause local businesses to crumble because their mass quantity purchase power which have lower prices than the competition. Yes, I know they suckered in the American people by marketing that they only purchased American made products... developed a loyal following... started buying from China and dropped prices crazy low to keep those same American loyalist shopping there. I get it people...I truly do. This Walmart is just like any other Walmart...correction...just like any other Super Walmart. I do like that this particular location has many clearance sections. I can't believe I haven't yelled this location yet, I've been here many many times over the years, as it's one of the bigger locations in the area (compared sat to Flagler). There is a ton of parking, but it seems like everyone in Miami goes here, so finding a spot is always a challenge, even at 9:00pm. It blows me away how busy this place is! And I must say, the people are very interesting, you can almost just people watch at the different folks here. Inside, they have this location stocked nicely. And they usually have whatever I'm looking for. They keep it stocked well. There's even a mini cafeteria where you can eat whatever you buy at the deli/hot food section. I do like the huge self-checkout section where they always have a couple of staff to help you out. read more

During the pandemic (end of May) , I was looking for stores that actually let you shop online and you just can quickly pick it up. I found out that Walmart is taking orders online and have them ready for pickup in their designated areas at the store. I have to say I didn't think it was going to be easy, but to my surprise, I was able to order almost everything I need it at the moment. Pickup at store is for free and delivery at home can be for free is you order more than $35. Many items are not available for pickup nor delivery, so you would have to go find them in the store or purchase at another store. Since I do not like walking around in this store, usually due to chaotic amounts of people, this service worked out great for me. I made my prepaid order online and a few hours later, I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. It was easy and fast! Once I went to pickup my order at the store, I had to walk inside but the pickup counter was right by the entrance of the store. I entered my information on the register machine on the wall by the customer service area labeled Pickup orders in yellow. I saw my name appeared on a tv screen and in less than 5 minutes a staff member came out with my order ready. They confirmed my identity, handed me my items, and I was on my way. It was fast and easy. I went to the store around 9am on a Monday and it was not crowded. Again, this is during the pandemic. My time inside this store was minimal. The staff was wearing protecting gear but they were not offering any sanitizer for customers to clean the carts or their hands after using the self-serve machines. So make sure to come prepared with your sanitizer or gloves and mask. Stay safe! read more

Like usual, customer service hell at Walmart. An hour long wait getting there at 8:30 AM. When I get there, there was 4 people ahead of me. I heard a lady complaining to the employee at CS, saying that she had been in like for the past 25 minutes. GREAT! It's like I knew bad luck was awaiting me. I get to the front of the line, gave them my receipt and had quite a few items to return. Right off the bat, Iris the lady with glasses, tells me my items are not on my receipt so I start pointing them out on my receipt. Turns out, when I originally made my purchase, the cashier used one item and multiplied it by X amount. Everyone knows that for inventory purposes, you have to scan each item individually. So how is that my fault as the customer? She had the nerve to first tell me that she didn't charge me for those items. So what you're saying is I walked out with over 10 items without paying in other words stealing? She was incompetent and at some point I just wanted to ask her to call her manager. She switched her tone with me when she saw my demeanor change and heard the frustration in my voice. Her coworker had to take over for her because she kept saying all the wrong things. They ended up doing the return in 4 different receipts because their system is 1. Absolutely ancient 2. Because they can't return food on the same receipt as other items 3. Because they didn't have a weight to calculate the weight of my tomatoes I wanted to return 4. Because supposedly my items weren't scanned correctly. Seriously Walmart, you have at least 5 registers in Customer Service and you only have two people manning that station, with one handling a long line of returns and the other helping the online order pick up line?? No wonder your ratings suck! Mind you, I saw two managers on duty - a Hispanic lady which I didn't catch her name and an African American lady but the name of Yuli or Julie, she was at least in her thirties. Both see the immense lone and didn't bother getting back up for these two CS ladies that are drowning with their long line. You guys need to get EFFICIENT people to set order in that place ASAP. And train your employees to really provide exceptional customer service. At the end of the day, they are representing your store and your company. read more

I like this location. The store is big. It had a lot of shelf space so they carry a lot of products. Because this location is convenient to my house, work and Sam's is right next door, I come to this location quite a bit. The staff is ok. Sometimes it's a struggle communicating with some of the staff because they only speak Spanish. So you either have to find someone that speaks English or just walk the store to find whatever it is that you're looking for. I know this store pretty well now so I don't have that issue too much anymore. For the most part this store is always packed; especially on the weekend. I primarily stop here on my way to work and that's actually the best time to come. It isn't packed that time of day. You can literally be in and out within 5mins. Granted you're going for just a quick item. Overall I think it's a good location. It is my go to location. read more

Came to this Walmart location on a Friday and it was a madhouse. The parking lot was very hectic. I specifically came for a few items and I was only able to get two items that I need out of 7. They did not have the gel, shaving cream, or razors that my husband uses. They also didn't have any stainless steel cleaner. They don't have any Ezekiel bread yet either. I was surprised because this Walmart is huge and has a lot of items. There is still a lot of other stuff I can buy here for an affordable price. They did have the Keto peanut butter cups I was looking for at $5.00 cheaper than online and I did get some cute workout pants. read more

This Walmart is very busy but well organized. One of the biggest issues I have found with Walmarts is checking out. Usually have to wait forever but have not experienced that issue at this location. This location in addition to a McDonald located inside, has a sit down area for their cafe items. One of the best, don't skip, features located here is their free samples machine. Although Sam's and WalMart are of the same family and right in the same strip mall, I cannot love this WalMart as I love Sam's Club. As a matter of fact we have dubbed it "Hellmart". Parking? Almost impossible. The layout? Horrible. Clean? Nope. The employees are downright unhelpful, and that is IF you speak to them in Spanish, because 90% of them don't speak any English whatsoever. It doesn't matter what time you go there it is an absolute nightmare. This makes me very, very, sad. I used to enjoy shopping there, it has gone downhill over the past few years. I am not even going to mention (or am I?) how rude, and obnoxious most of the patrons are. I would rather pay a little more and DRIVE to Target (this WalMart is minutes from my home and work) on Bird Road than endure torture here.
