Also, this location is very clean and brand new. I recently came with a friend to pick up photos from the photo center. My friend was from out of town and she acknowledged that it was her first time hearing reggaeton playing inside of a CVS. Anyhow, I had to ask a nearby employee for assistance at the photo center. They were fairly quick to assist us and the photos came out perfect. The ATM here is a good one since it's fee-free for certain online-only checking accounts. read more

Updated Review: Today was my last day even entertaining the idea of going to them. This place is Transphobic. I've done everything they wanted me to do to "FIX" my issue and the same error about my "date of birth", despite being correct, seems to come up. That in itself can be believable, however its the afterwards that really hurts. Despite anything they actually have in their power, including the doctor who was there, they choose to do nothing. I was told to call my insurance and do all of the work again as if I hadn't already done it and was looked at like I was crazy when I told them 3 times that I had already done everything, and that my part was done. The lady turns around and goes back to doing basically nothing about my issue and in general. THAT action that they won't call and help you on a very slow Sunday afternoon is really quite hurtful, and honestly it's behavior I'd never want to see out of my own work if I worked in a pharmaceutical environment. They're embarrassing to be a customer for, truly. This isn't a safe place for LGBT folk, that much is clear because they don't help us with our specific needs. read more

Last night I went in to purchase Pedialyte and Advil, because I have the flu and since I was the only person in the store, they had security guards, following me all over the store, when I only had a Pedialyte and an Advil in my hands, which they were clearly seeing. They were talking on the walkie-talkie about me thinking that I was going to steal something and at the end when I was trying to pay the Manager was standing against the door, watching me up and down thinking I stole something else, so what I did is, I left the products in their faces on the counter. I don't recommend shopping here at all because it's always a bad experience in this particular location. I had the flu and I even told them I had the flu and I needed these stuff and they kept on thinking I was stealing something else which it was impossible if they were following me all over the store. The only reason I switched to this pharmacy is because Publix doesn't carry my medication and Walgreens is not on my insurance plan. I have tried calling the pharma:y two days in a row. Let it ring for more than 15 minutes each time and no one answers. I finally hung up and called the store to speak to a manager and it has been ringing for 8 minutes and no one has picked up. Totally unacceptable. I haven't taken my medication for 3 days because they told me it was out of stock. How long does it take to restock medication?? Update: I finally got a manager on the phone and he took my name, DOB and phone number and said someone in the pharmacy would call me back in 5-10 minutes. Always terrible but worse now they have two lines signed on the floor leading to the pharmacy to realize after a long time waiting that one of the lines is to something else and you waste your time and the people at the pharmacy tell you "it's been like this for two months" like the client is suppose to know? This CVS is now a CVS y más. That is great because the community in Doral is mostly Hispanics and now they have a lot more diverse selection of foods and products that they didn't have before. I couldn't believe that they had cafe bustelo at a great price (2 for $4). It is open 24 hours and have a drive thru pharmacy. The location is great as it is centralized in an area where the community is growing. There are new house developments being built. The staff is friendly and bilingual. The pharmacists are knowledgable as well. The only downside is that there are not enough parking spots for all the traffic that they get into the store. If you are looking for friendly, convenient and diverse products, I recommend shopping at CVS y Más. read more

I NEVER leave reviews for absolutely ANYTHING. Even if I had a bad time. But this CVS was a next level of ATROCIOUS. DO NOT by any means pick up ANY sort of prescription here. There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line and I waited 1 HOUR AND A HALF. If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a decent line inside and they simply chose to ignore the drive through. 1.5 hours for a simple prescription is ridiculous. Then they closed at 12 am and told the people in line they had to go to the drive thru after who knows how long each of them had been there. AVOID PRESCRIPTIONS HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more

This place continues to live up to its reputation.. worst CVS in customer service in Doral. Pharmacy reps were lazy and did not want to attend to customers . They were too busy socializing. I approached the counter waiting to be acknowledged- I interrupted their personal conversation and asked about a thermometer which they were out of. Reps responded from the back of pharmacy as opposed to coming to the counter. They continued to socialize after the they answered my question. I stood there waiting for one of the girls to come to counter to take my medicine items and charge me.itI had to interrupt their conversation reminding her to please ring me up. This pharmacy used to be great and now it's TERRIBLE. In the beginning it started with never have your prescriptions ready and not picking up the phone, even after being on hold for 30 minutes. But now things are serious. Their online system is so messed up that they only receive some of the prescriptions my doctor sends them AND they blame the DOCTOR's office. I ended up having to ask my Doctor to give me the prescriptions printed to take It to them, and guess what? They LOST them. My insurance company can't even speak to them because they don't even answer that line either. It's really unprofessional and sad. Hopefully someone owns up to this disaster. I've seen 80 years old have to wait 30+ minutes in a line inside the CVS and broke my heart. read more

I called and was on hold for 30+ minutes, they never ended up picking up the phone. Drive thru window has been closed for a while now. Only one person was in charge of pickup/drop offs and the waiting time ended up being at least 30 minutes just to pick up my prescriptions. After so many bad experiences with prescriptions not ready, bad customer service, it's my fault as I keep sending my prescriptions there. This pharmacy is severely understaffed and they don't do anything to make the experience for customers any better. read more
