Turned off the locator and everything, ignored the contact info, ignored the apps that said AUTISM right on them. Luckily I had it uploading stuff in the background and was able to track her down. Called corporate, because it sounded like the store was complicit in 'lost' items going missing. In fact, the store told me, "We never get expensive items in the lost and found". Of course not -- your employees don't put them there, they take them home! You really want to tell me NO ONE EVER LOST A PHONE OR MP3 PLAYER OR ANYTHING? I don't believe it. Store manager sent me a casual letter saying she had been spoken to, and gave me a whopping $25 gift card. Sure I got the device back (damaged), but he was without it for a month. $25 and a talking-to? Seriously? Worse, not once in the letter did it say, "I am sorry. She is sorry. We are sorry. We apologize." Nothing like that at all. No one is sorry, not one bit. Now, my son is on a lot of medication, and I am on a bit too (asthma). With a family of five, we have well over $1000 a month in medications there. How could I possibly fill my prescriptions there in a place that condones robbing from customers? I really don't feel like counting pills every time I get something filled. I'll go elsewhere. The pharmacy department was really nice and helpful, but at the end of the day, it's managed by someone who admitted he knew the thief for 11 years, so as you can imagine, she could do no wrong. EVEN THOUGH SHE ADMITTED TO THE POLICE SHE HAD IT (and turned it in to them, I have the police report). Way to go Walgreens. Not even an apology. $25 to somehow feel better. $25 is actually more insulting than nothing.

This was the pharmacy I could find and I figured CVS, Walgreens, Longs, etc. are fairly interchangeable. Hartigs proved me wrong. Most stores like this have an 8 or more door section with a bunch of different brands, styles, varieties of what I needed. This store had a four foot section, and only maybe a third (probably a generous estimate) of the shelves in the section were dedicated to what I was seeking. I was sure I was wrong so I asked the woman at the front and she said that was it. Turns out I wouldn't have wanted to spend my money here anyway. So Hartigs sent me to a Walmart for the first time in well over two years. Given that I'd rather shop almost anywhere besides Walmart, that's a feat.

After going to my Doctor and finding out that they did nothing wrong and they call Hartigs I was phoned to tell me to come pick up my corrected prescription and the cost was $4. 95 extra. Then why ask was told it was an honest mistake. still not taking any responsibility for there error. Sounds like a way to kill somebody!
