This CVs is friendly. Aisles are well stocked and organized. The prices are good . They have a big parking lot so parking is not an issue.

If I could give this zero stars I would most definitely without no doubt, the coustmer service staff is absolutely disgusting they just have no respect and no care over your costumers and the customers are always right no matter where they are at and they just have no respect I wouldn't go to this cvs I would go support a different cvs else where read more

I would give the pharmacy at this location less than 1 star if possible. Both the customer service staff and pharmacists are routinely rude, act annoyed to provide any customer service or God forbid answer questions. I attempted to pick up a prescription today and the woman ringing out customers was one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered, and she should not be working with the public. CVS needs to DO BETTER! Train your staff to provide at least a baseline of courtesy and customer service to your customers! read more

This CVS is HUGE!!! This is a funny CVS, I always seem to get a chuckle when I'm there. Every time I'm here there is always a strange or screwed up character here. It can be quite a show. This store has all the standard features as all the CVS stores around the country. The pharmacy is located at the extreme back of the store so you need to walk through isles of creams, candy, drinks, ointments, grocery items, toys and more. The shelves are always stocked and never messy like most CVS locations I've been. The help is always very scarce at this location. But for some reason they are readily available to assist you faster and more courteous than other CVS stores I've been to. The parking lot is always empty as it looks like they have 50+ spots but no more than 5 or 6 are ever taken when I go there. I give this CVS a Solid 4 Stars. read more

I am so frustrated. I am trying to get a prescription for a week. I've been on the phone and in person serval times this week. Each time they said they sent a request to my dr. Well my dr said he didn't get the request. He did his own form for a prior authorization. At 7:43 am the PA went through and I have been trying to find out when I can pick up the script. My dr wants me to take it ASAP because I have been without for two days. I have been hung up on twice today! Ugh! I am currently on hold again. This time for 32 minutes so far. Why would CVS have a phone number if they can't handle the call volume? read more

This CVS just switched to a VM system so you can no longer just call and speak to the pharmacy. You have to go through the whole phone system to get to that point - it seems as if it's going to let you speak to a human, so you go through all the steps, just to get sent to VM. About to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I don't have to deal with any CVS again. read more

I am wheelchair bound and would simply like to know if my prescription is ready for pickup btw the automated system does not give accurate info via my experience as well as this screen shot of how long I've been on hold for. While on hold my wife left the house and is already back with the script and noticed the technicians standing, chatting, even joking a bit while she stood there. This is the worst CVS I've ever been to, let alone a pharmacy. They are ridiculously understaffed and the shelves are almost always bare. The pharmacy staff are rude and one man can barely understand what you are saying. They are out of stock of important medications and it takes them a long time to get them back. Absolutely the worst location for COVID testing. Made an appointment for COVID-related travel test; called beforehand to make sure I can come with no car and was told it's fine; showed up and was told I need to go through drive through; had to get an uber and wait in line for 40 minutes to get a COVID test through the drive through; you have to self administer the test inside the uber; WORST PART: the pharmacist was incredibly rude and gave wrong tubes to everyone for COVID test on that day. The test came back inconclusive as a result and I had to rebook my flights because of it at my own cost. Don't go there for COVID testing! read more

Literally, the worst place on earth but people that live near here have limited to no other options. They ignore you, don't answer the phone and close the drive through without notice daily. Every single month there is an issue filling scripts that takes at least a week of going in daily to get them to address. read more

The only positive thing I've been able to say about this location - until today - is that there is the convenience of a drive-thru. I received numerous automated calls over the past 4 days stating my prescription was ready for pickup. Got to the drive-thru only to learn the prescription was never filled. AND I'd have to come into the store to straighten it out. I absolutely despise this store and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

My experience using this pharmacy has been pure excellence every time To go above and beyond in their customer service. It is clear that they are understaffed and are always doing their best. I am so happy that I have this as my main pharmacy. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I have ever had at a Pharmacy. I really needed this medicine. Went to pick it up and was told CVS had to contact my Dr. before they could fill. I called Dr. and he said he called CVS twice and was put on hold 20 minutes each time with nobody answering. My Dr. finally gave up.... While I was there with my Dr. on my cell phone, the speakers continued to announce.. Pharmacy Line 1, Line 2, etc. No CVS employee responded. Worst pharmacy ever. I've never ONCE had a good experience here. Every single time I get a prescription sent in - I wait over 2 hours to get them filled and this isn't counting the 25 mins it took m to drive from my doctor office to cvs so a total of 2.5 hours. When you ask what's taking so long, you get the typical "we're busy ma'am." ........ they're always "busy" but 2.5 hours to put pills in a bottle is unreal. ----The pharmacy staff are RUDE as hell. Wow. Worst CVS experience I've ever had. The fat bald manager is one of the rudest people I've ever met in the customer service industry. A real jerk who went out of his way to insult me when I tried to get photos printed there... I didn't notice his sign posted at the register that the photo machines were out of service. I came in and sat at a photo kiosk to throw in my jump drive and print a quick enlargement. He comes over with a huge attitude towards me about the machines being out of order wearing the ENTIRE day's stress on his sleeve. No apology for the inconvenience. Just the facts delivered with an attitude. I explain that I didn't see any of the signs as they were not on the terminal interfaces. That's where it should of ended. But no. He wanted an argument. He said that he was very sorry that I couldn't "see his FIVE SIGNS" with a (you must be stupid) tone stressing the number of signs. I suggest that maybe he should of placed them where people were going to be interacting with the machinery placing orders - not where you pick up the photos. He- knowing little to nothing about customer / employee interactions - wanted to continue to reiterate his point about the number of signs he had so lovingly printed and hidden among his registers... A complete idiot. Just rude for no reason. He didn't apologize or let me know when he planned on having the photo machines back in working order. He treated me like I was a huge inconvenience, not a valued customer who spends at least 40 bucks there a month. Drop in and pick up what you need but pray you don't have to have any contact with the sad fat man in the tie. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Checking on a RX - Pharmacy will not give you the fax #, your dr has to call in & nevermind trying to explain something to them, they don't care. Returning an item & cant find your receipt the manager wants to know all about the purchase. Ask a manager where to locate an item, he gives you an you talking to me & replies abruptly & sends you on a goose chase come to find out they dont even stock the items at all. Becareful if you ask again!!!! Nevertheless the awkwardness when the younger staff is chatting and it makes you feel uncomfortable & like youre interupting them. read more

I've been coming here for 5 years and I've never had a positive experience. I don't know how corporate hasn't shut it down yet or hire more employees to help with the volume of customers / orders. They rarely have my prescription in stock or ready when I come to pick it up. I end up having to wait 20 - 30 mins for them to fill it, sometimes more if I go through the drive through and then they tell me I have to come inside. The staff is nice and they try to help as much as they can but they seem under staffed and stressed. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. It's a preface, I am a regular Walgreens customer but decided to go to the CVS because it was the closest to my house and I wanted to get vaccinated for Covid. I did all due diligence including calling the pharmacy speaking to somebody who assured me that all CVS's accommodate walk in vaccinations. No I specifically did this because I do not want to go down to the pharmacy and be told I could not get vaccinated. Needless to say when I got there I was told they had no idea about the national CVS vaccine policy and very rudely turned me away. I was obviously upset after specifically making the drive there and after specifically being assured I would get vaccinated. To top it off it seemed like they knew they were doing something wrong because when I asked for their names to file a complaint they cover their name tags. Lastly the manager told me that when I do Get vaccinated please don't come back and do it at his store. I would not recommend the CVS to anybody. It has awful reviews on every website and app I have checked, and I should've listen to people who told me not to go there. I hope this serves as a warning to people not to go to thisspecific pharmacy. First off, this CVS location was formerly in this order: an Osco Drug, Brooks Drug and a Rite Aid. For full disclosure, I'm an Osco alum, they hired me when our nearby CVS would not for my very first minimum wage job. All the former chains in this specific store/location were always very well stocked. Shame on corporate CVS if they are somehow not fairly supplying this store, b/c the previous former chain stores did not do this, and I speak from experience as during my Osco tenure I can attest to a very large warehouse--which to be fair, perhaps was ripped out during the rebuild for CVS for the drive up pharmacy. Store merchandise as said before is sparse, both regular and sale items -- it's like CVS corporate is not stocking an inner city store. My mum favors this location b/c it is easy to park here. Over the years, I will say some staffers have been helpful and kind to her. But lately not so much. She had one incident where she bought gift cards, with a promotion to get some kind of extra care bonus--it was rung in incorrectly--she had to see the manager to get it on the extra care account -- and it could only be redeemed in this store. Also, another time she bought gift cards they were not activated properly and she had to return them. Manager could not activate them -- and she did get a refund b/c this was a tech issue. But really what is going on here? My mum is elderly and thankfully she caught and resolved both issues but I have warned her to no longer purchase gift cards here. In addition, I ran into buy two (2) sale items for her en route to the train. They were non-taxables and the cashier was quite fresh when I politely asked why they did not ring to the sale/price. She was so rude, I did not point out they did not ring correctly for the non-tax. So I am really unhappy and won't be returning except for emergencies/no other options. And on a final note, have never used the pharmacy and most likely never will. read more

This is a very poorly run CVS. The out of stock issues are ridiculous, and it has a serious lack of any qualified help. However, I have stopped shopping there because of one main issue: they changed their store hours, and are no longer interested in early morning customers. This is a stupid bottom-line corporate driven decision made by some out-of-touch suit in an office somewhere. It's not convenient for me to shop within their new hours, so it's like they're telling me they don't want my money-which they won't get. I've always hated CVS anyway, so this is a great excuse to spend my money at Target, Walgreens, Rite-Aid or even Amazon. If I have a choice between CVS and ANY OTHER retailer, I'll always choose the other retailer. How is opening your store later saving you money now, CVS? read more

Okay..... Just left this place and my total came out to 32.10 so only having cash on my and I'm a rush due to going to work I have the women 33 dollars. She for some reason refused to break the one and made me go outside to my car to find 10 cents..... and then didn't give me back the one she refused to break when I finally found 10 cents and claimed she gave me the dollar back.... I know its early, but I am a bar tender I work with money all day and all night... Just needed to express this because I work in an industry where you have to deal with people, but I thought that was a bit crazy. read more
