I was denied essenial meds ive been on for years on a sunday after working all day simply because my physicle license was expired my a few days . i offered passport and valid real ID phots i have on my phone with clears pocs and legiable wich they have excepted many times before but still reffised due to "policy" they have done it many times i wasnt shre why all of a sudden they were willing to let me not get my medicine that i absoutly need . Its was sunday at 530 pm. They closed at 6pm. I waited and revorded the whole itneraction till they closed at 6 on the dot forcing me to leave without my medication. This in not the first time eather.

The clothing departments are scattered about, and I couldn't tell when I was leaving one category and entering another. The cashiers are HORRIBLY SLOW. Seriously, you would think they were having a contest to see who could ring the slowest. Absolutely no sense of urgency, and only 3 lanes were open. I had to go BEHIND the register to grab one of my bags because the cashier didn't hand it to me (or even acknowledge that it was mine). The frosting on the cake was when I realized one of my products was damaged as I was leaving the store. I asked for help, and she pointed to another employee who was the "manager". I approached the "manager" and said hi, and she said "what" very coldly. I explained the situation, she denied being the manager, and then started verbally fighting with the first employee. Every time I come in the shelves are well stocked with items, and the store is organized. I love the fact that this store has bilingual employees, and that they are always willing to help you find something. The pharmacists are also really knowledgeable, and will help you find the right medication or remedy to make you feel better. The only downside to this particular store is that often it is difficult to find parking. There is only street parking available, and generally it is taken by people going to other shops on Broadway. Besides that minor inconvenience, I have never had a bad experience at this shop and have to say that it is my go-to.
