I have…read morebeen coming here for the past 5 years and I noticed that Thai takes on a personal approach when it comes to pharmacy and try his best to help me out as much as possible. Being a small local pharmacy, there is that personal, warm feeling every time I visit Thai. It is not that cold unfamiliar feeling that I normally experienced whenever I visit a large chain pharmacy because Thai would remember my name. What I really like the most about Thai and Caring pharmacy is that he would deliver your medication if you are unable to pick it up yourself, which is the case for my Great-Grandmother. He even went one step further and checked her Blood Pressure at her apartment when he dropped off her medication. Despite having limited parking (it's best to park across the street in the Food Zone Parking lot), Caring Pharmacy does lives up to its name and never disappointed me nor my family!

There have been a couple times now this location has turned away a prescription after receiving it…read moreand, not only should these issues have been caught and dealt with during the drop off, but also a remedy existed the whole time that didn't require me driving back to the md for a brand new script, yet they turn you away with no solution regardless. Several times I've felt like have had the run around with this location, yet when I visit other stores there seems to be no issue at all. All it would have taken would have been a phone call the the "provider", or in other cases an override. Whatever the case, the staff here can be completely unhelpful at times. Thank you
