( 0 yelp made me give you a pitty star) young Asian Lady over the counter started to get a smart mouth telling me there's no way i need insulin questioning me on why and making me seem like wtf. one box last a month she tried arguing saying no it last 3 months who are you to tell me how much i go through and give attitude the entire time and trying to assert her point. you don't even know that it's more than just what you eat. she didn't take corrections into consideration and i use 30-40 a day that's not even taking corrections into consideration so do the math and tell me how tf that's supposed to last 3 months when the box has 1,500 units. allow me to make it make sense for you. one pen has 300 units and i use 30-40 a day (no blood sugar corrections included) and that's with 3-4 meals a day 10 units each so 300\40 comes to 7.5 days and mult that by 5 since the box has 5 pens that means it'll last 37.5 days and again that's NOT including blood sugar corrections. so tell me.. how'd you pull "it should last 3 months there's no way you're out" out of your ass. i swear the lady before me should've smacked the attitude out of your dumbass when u were giving her attitude too. if you can't bring a positive mind set to work then take your ass to mcdonald's read more

They run out of my medication every month. I have been getting the same rx for over 5 years and the last 6 months have been terrible, I run out of medication every month and had to go up to 5 days without. They aren't dependable, and yes if my insurance would allow me to go somewhere else, I would. read more

They neverrrr have my prescriptions. I get the same ones every month! And they never have them in stock. After 3 months of this I just took all my prescriptions to a LOCAL pharmacy (The Medicine Stop) they are super nice, prompt & always have my prescriptions ready. The only good thing I can say about this CVS is its a clean store. read more

i placed a picture order at 11:30, i was told it wouldn't be done until 12-1, which was fine i couldn't pick up till later. anyways it's 2:06 now, i went it to get my pictures to find out they NEVER even printed them. so now i have to wait 20 minutes for them to print. store manager was very nice about the situation but i definitely recommend some more training for the girl. read more

We have been going to CVS for years and after reviewing some of the negative remarks, I thought I would give my 2 cents worth. We have never had a bad experience here. When they call to let us know the prescription is in, it only takes us a couple of minutes to pick them up. If using their coupons then the prices for the products (nonprescription) seem fair. If we have any question they are always extremely helpful. This is our go to drugstore and the employees we run into are always friendly and caring. read more

It always seems to smell like a flood in here. The store is unkempt and sloppy messy. There are many times vagrants and unsavory looking people shopping here. You are much better off driving down golf a few minutes 1 or two, and going to Walgreen's. The only good thing I can say about this cvs is it has one nice and effective worker. A young african American man I think he is the manger. He is friendly and helpful. Regardless, this store is a pit. read more

Terrible, rude customer service. I was helped at the register by a lady named Sharon. She was mean, unhappy, and very unhelpful. I did not have my CVS card with me and could not remember the number I had linked to the account, and she refused to scan her own card for me, which is entirely unheard of in customer service. I get that people have bad days, but she was so rude to me and then the lady right after me she snapped and said "COME ON." Unbelievable! Get some kind workers, or lose people's business. read more

Car is in the shop and they were in walking distance to grab a few snacks for the day. Lots of sales of which I took advantage of three...until I reached the register. The sales tags say NOTHING, not one thing, about needing a CVS card to receive the sales price. My $6 purchase turned into $11 after standing in line for 10 minutes. False advertising on their shelves. I'll walk somewhere else next time. read more

Ok.. Here's a story for you all! I walked into cvs with my mom.. And me being 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!.. I have the urge to pee all the time! The manager was vacuuming and I asked him in a polite matter if I could use the restroom.. He's response was "the bathroom is locked and I would have to go over there and unlock it, and it's late and I'm busy. So I can't!" No sorry no nothing! On top of that it was only 9:23pm AND the bathroom wasn't that far from where we were standing! It could have taken him only a few seconds! He was very rude with an attitude! I just can't believe he denied the bathroom access to a pregnant woman! read more
