This location has had many turnovers in staff/management, over the years. Seems like you have a good team employed there now!!! Just want to give a BIG shout out to Alisa (hope I spelled her name right.) She works usually days. Always remembers me when I come in... And my Son Nicholas. Very fun- loving. And sweet. And also need to say good things about 2 of your overnight cashiers.... Jerry, and Nina. I mostly pop in there after my late shifts at work. So, I see them quite frequently. Usually for cat food, or cigarettes. Nina is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Always patient. Such a Sweetie. And Jerry is the same. I told him earlier when I came in (for cat food). That he should be a psychiatrist. I overheard a customer "spilling his heart out" about something personal. And Jerry said... "it's ok, buddy. Just move past it, and do what you have to do". Upper management really needs to get its act together. It's not just staffing issues, as medication refills are typically partial making it necessary to make 2-3 trips to the pharmacy to get the total prescription. This is clearly not an issue with staff, but management who is trying to have minimal staff to save money. I'd highly encourage everyone to move their prescriptions to Amazon and have them delivered. What was once an incredibly frustrating experience 2-3 times a month is now something I no longer think about and is stress-free. Based off of the other reviews, pharmacy issues seems to be a theme here.

( 0 yelp made me give you a pitty star) young Asian Lady over the counter started to get a smart…read moremouth telling me there's no way i need insulin questioning me on why and making me seem like wtf. one box last a month she tried arguing saying no it last 3 months who are you to tell me how much i go through and give attitude the entire time and trying to assert her point. you don't even know that it's more than just what you eat. she didn't take corrections into consideration and i use 30-40 a day that's not even taking corrections into consideration so do the math and tell me how tf that's supposed to last 3 months when the box has 1,500 units. allow me to make it make sense for you. one pen has 300 units and i use 30-40 a day (no blood sugar corrections included) and that's with 3-4 meals a day 10 units each so 300\40 comes to 7.5 days and mult that by 5 since the box has 5 pens that means it'll last 37.5 days and again that's NOT including blood sugar corrections. so tell me.. how'd you pull "it should last 3 months there's no way you're out" out of your ass. i swear the lady before me should've smacked the attitude out of your dumbass when u were giving her attitude too. if you can't bring a positive mind set to work then take your ass to mcdonald's
