Extremely rude staff member at the pharmacy (Asian woman). She told me that I have health net when in reality my medical insurance is Kaiser. I was confused because I recently got Medi-cal and had my first dental appointment through Medi-cal/liberty dental insurance. The dentist gave me a prescription and told me to go to Walgreens pharmacy to get my medication. Walgreens told me to go to CVS and claimed I have health net under medi-cal and CVS covers health net. So I go to CVS and they tell me I need my health net insurance card when in reality I never received one nor was I informed that that's my medical insurance. I asked for my prescription paper back and the Asian woman had a bad attitude problem, was mumbling stuff out of apparent irritation and didn't give me any eye contact. She treated me like trash. I called liberty dental insurance and they said I don't have health net and told me to bring my prescription paper to Kaiser pharmacy, where I finally received my medications. I recently got medi-cal but before medi-cal I had a different dental insurance and I have never received a prescription from them so I was confused as to where I'm supposed to pick up my medication. read more

I come to this location for mine and my daughter's prescriptions. They are generally quick with processing however it depends on who is behind the counter. read more

Pharmacy area is dirty and all of carpet and furniture in waiting area is worn. Prescription was not ready, said 10 minutes, after 20 minutes I said forget it, got one of two prescriptions and will have to come back for the other one. Young lady who helped was insincere apologetic. May have to find a new pharmacy. read more

I dropped off a prescription for 15 prednisone, was never counseled on it despite being a new patient at this pharmacy. When I got home, 30 minutes away, I discovered I had been given 75 prednisone tablets! Good thing my husband and I are retired medical people, 75 prednisone could be very dangerous if someone took them all! I phoned the pharmacist and all he had to say was that I could return to the store to dispose of the extras? Very bad mistake! read more

They redid the aisles when they took over Longs and it's easier to navigate through the store with how the aisles are changed. The lay out of the store is the only reason why they get two stars. They were docked three stars because the employees are rude every time I go in. read more

This place takes only cash/debt - NO credit cards. Learned the hard way, the clerk lady was kinda rude about it. Nothing special about this place, I liked it better when it was Longs. I'd rather go across the street to Wallgreens. read more

I don't come here very often. It's hard to find things and there never seems to be enough staff. There's a line at the register almost every time I'm in there. The selection is limited. Go to Bel Air or Safeway. read more

I love going to CVS because it is a 2 minute drive from my house. Also they have good customer service whenever I go there. I go here when it is convenient with good coupons. I rather go to CVS over Walgreens any day. read more

Easily my favorite CVS in the area. As a couponer, they have great customer service. They usually will open up a 2nd cashier when a couponer with lots of coupons is checking out. Store is relatively clean. I am just so impressed by all of the cashiers/staff I have run across. The CVS off of East Stockton (about 2 miles or so) has horrible customer service, and even though I live a lot closer to that one, I always come to this one instead. Plus, there are a few really cute male cashiers. read more

Strung me along for two hours getting a prescription filled, only to tell me that they did not take medi-cal. Fine, whatever. Sent me to a store next door with a pharmacy, told me to have that store call them to transfer the prescription. Repeatedly hung up on the new pharmacist. Terrible, awful people. read more

Seriously everytime i come here theres always a long ass line at the registar because theres always a customer who ends up with eff'd up wrong prices on their items.. Its annoying! especially when i only came in for some water and bike tubes.. Gurrrr... Major FAIL CVS... I like coming here and I live about 20 minutes away, but it's worth the drive. Michelle is a very patient and nice employee. She always helps me out and I'm a pretty difficult customer since I specifically coupon there and it can be frustrating for them and me. read more
