This Chevron gas station is clean, convenient, and safe. This is a gas station at the corner of Laguna Blvd and West Stockton Blvd. Very easy to get in and out of the gas station. The gas pumps are clean and available most of the time. Of course, Chevron has the most expensive fuel prices compared to other gas stations. But they also have the best gasolines. The convenience store at this location is big and carries most of the snacks and drinks you want for a quick and easy purchase. Overall, this is a great gas station if you don't mind spending a few bucks more. read more

The Chevron gas station on Laguna has a very weak air pump. It is too weak and will not pump up a tire. In fact, while I was trying to fill my tires, it was leaking air out from my tires. I was surprised to find out that my tires were made unsafe by using the air pump. read more

And this place continues to have horrible reviews. Whoever hires these people should feel embarrassed of how they are representing this place. Went in and was refused service due to not having a mask on (I get it-safety). Mind you I'm an Asian girl. Followed shortly behind me while I was pumping gas, a black man walks inside with no mask on and I see him through the window checking out. I approach the guy and he said they just told him to cover his face with his shirt. Minutes after a black older lady walks in, no mask, no signs of walking out. If you're going to implement rules, don't pick and choose when to apply them based on your intimidation of race, cause this is borderline discrimination. Wish I could give zero stars! I put my card in and it makes me go see the cashier. So then I try a different pump thinking maybe it's just that one. Nope! Other pump does the same thing! What good is the convenience of paying at the pump if I have to take my stuff, lock my car, and go inside to stand in line and guesstimate how much I need to fill up?!?!!? This gas station is in a nice location as it's right by the freeway entrance which would have been convenient if I didn't have to go inside! I refuse to go inside as it is ridiculous, inconvenient and complete waste of my time. Not my fault their machine doesn't work so left to go to another gas station. Worst damn station ever!.. Sensor on pump wasn't working. Kept kicking lever out... I pressed the button to speak to cashier, she answered and I told her my problem she never responded. No one came out and castor and coworker were just staring at me through the glass laughing. This is the worst Convenience Store I've been. EVERY TIME I got there the Coke Slurpee NEVER works! I mean NEVER! All I ever see is the employees standing around! Why don't they fix the Coke Slurpee? Obviously the Coke is the best selling Slurpee which is why it's ALWAYS broken!! It's a money maker but the employees don't give a shit cause it's not their store and they are on hourly wage. Rude service. Was being demanded by Chad to pump $50 of gas instead of my $30 as requested or else he wouldn't accept my $100 bill. I asked if he could possibly check to see if he had change in 5's or 10's and he refused. He instead simply asked his female co worker to check in her drawer and she clearly had change but Chad said he couldn't afford to hand out what she had. I've worked at gas stations in the past and from what I remember they shouldn't deny nor force you to change the quantity of gas in order to get serviced with a big bill. read more

Came in to order cigarette, they had a special posted on front cashier saying buy any two pack Marlboro save 2$ and I asked for 10 and the guy said he will only have the savings of $2 one time. I told them I never had a issue with the cashier scanning 5 times and he said he ain't going to do this 5 times, then I asked for management, he said she here you can talk to and I asked her and she said no with her eyes rolled back like exorcism . I told her I never had this experience before and she then said she can do it. And i was pretty upset about the whole situation. This is not how you guys run business here. No costumer service whatsoever.discrimination discrimination practice in this location. I went a few blocks down to another chevron extra mile and they were happy to sell me the 10 pack of cigg with the savings they advertised unlike this location, so I can confidently say this was a discrimination. Because I went to another extra mile chevron and there was no issues getting the savings as advertised. Jerry said he ain't going to scan it 5x for me and I can see that he hated his job there. So I don't know what's the deal with them. Judi the site manager kept repeatedly saying I can go ahead with the complaint she will deny it . Very professional. Would give one star. I always come here after work (Applebee's) after 12 am, I buy a snack/cigarettes and sit in my car to watch a show or two because everyone at my house is asleep. Sometimes get gas... anyways the workers here are very nice except for the one who called the police on me. I was peacefully sitting in my car and when I got flashed, cop let me go obviously just told me to leave. It was the white dude in his 20s with the glasses, thanks will never come back. Even though they are open late they are not friendly to late night clientele I guess. Worst part is the dude didn't even ask me to leave.... just called the cops right away. So be careful! Hate hate hate this place. Don't let the large Gatorade display fool you. It is not as large and wide space as it appears. Though they offer a lot of drinks, most of the items including the gas are higher than most other places and food items sparse. It takes forever to be waited on in the morning as only one worker runs the register. The rude person who waited on me does not listen especially when I told him was a credit card. He said push the credit button. I did do that and when I Ames to reset, he kept saying hit the credit button. I am not really a regular so it is not going to make or break my life if I never ever come back again. If this is the goal of the employees and the owner of this station, you succeeded. read more

This was the worst chevron I've been too. I was waiting at the cashier line when I wasn't attended to for at least 15 mins. I was in a rush on top of things so this made it worse. It wasn't until about 16 mins that a staff member finally came out to help me. The attitude and way this staff member carried them self didn't make my visit any more pleasant. It's gas all and all but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a good mood and don't want it to be ruined. read more

The employees were not helpful when I made a mistake of telling them a wrong pump number. The manager did not bother to help (and even lying too: how could another customer start a pump without paying first???). I know it was my fault but good business wouldn't have handled case like this. Bad customer service. I won't stop there any more and would not recommend this place. read more

About what you would expect for a gas station. Interior is clean and they have a ton of drink/snack options. Their gas prices usually fall in line with the rest of the area, but of course the $0.20 off thanks to Safeway always helps. read more

This gas station is the only one in Elk Grove that does not maintain their printers for receipts. I have spoken with many techs behind the counter and the excuse is ALWAYS the same. "well sometimes the printers get jammed or run out of paper." Though this may be true some of the time, it has been my experience EVERY visit to THIS station since January of 2015. I asked to speak with a manager this morning, July 28, 2015, and the tech said he wasn't here today. It is a sad state of affairs when we're paying nearly 4 dollars a gallon for gas, and we can't get a receipt at the pump like every other gas station in Sacramento California! read more

OK, this is not aimed directly at this particular gas station, but ALL Chevrons..this just happened to be the one I used when Chevron charged my credit card for $126 plus the $10.83 in gas I actually bought....the $126 is a pre-authorization amount that is suppose to be retracted once my bank pays the $10.83 (which happened immediately)....it isn't retracted. It won't be retracted for 5 more business days. So, it's Christmas time and for the next 5 days, Chevron is borrowing MY funds, getting interest on it and I am paying interest for it on my card and I can't use that $126 until it is released...nice holiday surprise.
