As a healthcare worker, I completely empathize with long wait times, and I was more than happy to circle back around when my medications were ready. However, I was told my medication would be ready in an hour, so I returned an hour later to wait in the drive thru line. After waiting in line for another hour, I was told that only one of my items were ready, and if I wanted to wait another hour the rest mighhht be ready. I left, but it would've been better if they had set up expectations from the beginning so that I didn't have to waste 2 hours waiting just to leave empty handed.

I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.

We…read moremoved here about 10 years ago, shortly after this had been built, and my husband and I have gotten to know, or at least be friendly with, a lot of the staff throughout the years. Everybody here is so friendly, and I am absolutely obsessed with all the upgrades that they've made to this store recently. The new pick-up area looks amazing, and everything looks so much more upscale. They've gotten a lot of better clothing brands in, and they've pretty much rearranged everything in the store. They have video screens up for advertisements in not only the clothing area, but they also have video screens up in the deli now. And they have staged areas to showcase products (right now they have a dining room table set up with all the dinnerware). It just looks really nice.

Actually the go above and beyond ensuring insurance was processed correctly or following up on coverage or refills. The store over the years has changed and has too much square footage for the what is being sold these days; but they still do have a wide selections of items for everyday purposes: snacks, personal/health care, toys, etc. for convenience shoppers. Customer service for the store is average but if you understand retail this store is under-staffed for its size. So it's really hard to say customer service is lacking when you see more staff in the pharmacy than the floor of the store at any time of the day!

Not sure what happened with the worker that used to work here, she might find a new job or something, but she was nice. Long story short, I went to CVS over a year, and the review is long overdue. Good part: what I likes ( or used to likes) about it is the do carry Nutrogina face wash, which I found very good. I think it is also recommended by dermatologists ( depending on person I think?). They carried some lovely soft caramels candy, plus jelly beans now ( what?). You are a jelly beans fans, and do not like Harry Potter's jelly beans favors? ( even though the bag do have butter corn with it) this place might be for you. Different popular chocolates, including sugar frees, are here. CVS pharmacy is CVS pharmacy, lines move relatively quicks, medicines are seems to be what correct given? ( I could see situations happening...). They still carrying receipts, and honors them I think? Not a usual returning items person so don't take my word for it. Bad parts: please don't expecting it to be the best CVS in town? Since I seem other places are stocks more. It seems like they might have a high turnover over. I have deal with some Asian CVS worker at San Jose location and purposely put wrong phone numbers that I gave to them in the system, or false sign up for something? Have to get managers involved. I didn't like the experience down in San Jose as a shoppers, not even the workers thing. Another locations CVS near Willow Glens didn't give me right medicine before I think? Or something I can't remember. Just remember I got really sick afterward. Not sure why, since one of the workers seems friendly? Long story short, I still think it is a decently good CVS ( I have worse experiences at other locations) based on over one year experience with them. I haven't had much enthusiasm in updating my review for this pharmacy since my original, many years…read moreago. Even though I shop here frequently, it's been a series of visits filled with many disappointments and occasional nice surprises. The main reason I still go here, is because they sometimes send me 25% to 30% off coupons on my total purchases, since I'm a CVS rewards member. In the early years, I was able to satisfy my shopping list with little problem. Now, they have drastically cut back on the items I would return almost monthly for! They are either always out of, or no longer carry my favorite Revlon Color Stay foundation, my favorite La Roche-Posay facial moisturizer for oily skin, Hanes Capri Shapers in my size, and certain supplements. It's sad to see empty shelves and a lack of products sitting on said shelves... They still manage to have a variety of merchandise that I might have interest in, but I would rather go to a store and buy everything I need all in one visit! There is nothing more frustrating than having to shop at multiple stores to look for my favorite supplies! I admit, I will most likely return on occasion, because of their generous coupons and the "buy one, get one free" sales! Not to mention my constant need for "over the counter" medications.
