For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

The ready-to-eat food section alone could be its own destination, with an upstairs seating area that makes it easy to eat and relax. The bakery was impressive with fresh breads and baked goods, and the meat and seafood departments stood out with a wide range of quality options. The flower shop added a nice pop of color, the aisle signage made navigation easy, and the elevated train running along the back of the store was a fun, nostalgic touch. I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!

Pretty decent Walmart actually…read more I've been to Walmarts in multiple states and while they range from bad to horrid, once in a while you find a decent one - this is one of those decent ones. If you frequent Walmarts, then you pretty much know their layout and stock - it's the same here. The main difference is that most things were well stocked and things looked generally clean. I actually found everything I needed on this trip. I hardly had any interaction with employees (which is always a good thing), but there were actually three friendly employees. Imagine that, friendly employees at a Walmart! Who'd have ever thought it was possible. Some of the aisles need to be widened, only because some customers can't seem to manage a cart and/or feel they have the right to block everyone else from accessing certain areas while they take their time. Speaking of, the customers of Walmart are typical - zombie-like, rude, oblivious, creepy, weird, smelly, clueless, selfish, and animalistic. This one had some of those, but not as many as other locations tend to harbor. This location shares the land with other businesses, but parking is pretty good space-wise. Most of the customers cause issues in the closer spots near the front, but if you park near the rear then you'll be free of that. The general area is a good one, so having an actual decent Walmart for the area is a good thing. I'd easily come back here again if I'm in the area and in need of a Walmart.

So I make an appt. yesterday online and gave them all of my info and signed the consent form for my flu vaccine on 11.30.24. I show up for my appt. a few minutes early and checked in using the queue code on my cell and filled out all my information again. 20 minutes later someone behind the counter asked why I was there (apparently checking the schedule was too difficult). Even tho I had been standing in line for 10minutes when I first arrived trying to get someones attention, they must have been overloaded with the three other people there and were not able to handle the high traffic load?? There were more employees behind the counter than there were customers. Eventually, after I had been there for over 30 min (after my scheduled appt time), they again asked me for the same info I had supplied twice before. Then after wasting my time for another 10 minutes they told me they do not accept my prescription medication plan. BUT, they did tell me I could pay out of pocket if I'd like. Yeah, right-after wasting half my morning dealing with incompetent employees that couldn't care less. I expect that treatment from fast food workers, but not from a chain pharmacy. Getting a flu shot should not be this difficult. But when they can't even get something this basic done in a reasonable amount of time, it's no wonder they have been shutting stores down across they country. This location should be the next one to go. I will never patronize this Walgreens again, or any other for that matter. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!
