I inquired a third time and was told that they had contacted the doctor but had not heard back. They told me to contact the doctor. I did. The doctor had not been contacted, so the office contacted Walgreens and was told that the Rx was simply out of stock but they would try to get it elsewhere. I then called Walgreens and was told the same, that it was out of stock. I asked the technician to determine if it was out of stock or simply no longer being produced. After double checking, the technician determined that it was no longer being produced. I asked her to contact the doctor to determine next steps. I also called the doctor again. Over three weeks. Still waiting... ZERO STARS for Ft Jesse Walgreens. I changed insurance at the beginning of the year, and Walgreens had to request transfer of existing prescriptions from my prior pharmacy. It literally took them weeks to get it straight. I found out that they only requested some, not all, prescriptions to be transferred. At that point, they ended up sending all transferred prescriptions BACK to the original pharmacy then had to start all over again. I'm changing insurance policies to go to a different pharmacy and will pay a higher premium just so I no longer have to deal with Walgreen's ineptitude.

I stopped in at this location with my girlfriend recently to have some photos printed. Below is my experience with this location's poor customer service While chatting with my girlfriend, I sit down at the computer and plug my phone in using a cable in the drawer beneath the computer. I start the ordering process, continuing to chat with my girlfriend. At the very moment that I reach the "Connect your device" screen of the ordering process, I hear an associate rudely ask, "Y'all tryin' to print photos?" I was offended by the employee's tone in asking this question; she sounded annoyed and very impatient. I was also offended because the employee interrupted a conversation I was having with my girlfriend. I feel that would only have been an appropriate way to approach me had I been banging my phone against the computer screen and yelling, "LOAD MY PICTURES!" That was not the case... Anyways, I respond affirmatively to the associate's initial question, but adopt a tone of voice I hope will discourage any further interaction. The employee does not take my cue. Instead, in that same tone from before, I am told, "You gotta connect it to the computer!" Now very annoyed, I hold up my phone to demonstrate to her that it has already been connected and tell her that it is. She then raises her voice and responds with, "No it ain't!" She then walks up to the kiosk, yanks the drawer open, pulls out the other end of the cable I've already connected to my phone, mashes it into the USB port on the front of the computer, and stalks off in the opposite direction, sending a "Ya welcome" over her shoulder. Classy... Had she not so rudely inserted herself and kept us from proceeding with the order alone, my girlfriend and I would likely have solved that little problem within -oh, I don't know- 5 seconds? But, hey, why not behave like a condescending b****? I called the Washington location & the girl said I could not get it till September. I called East Peoria and they filled it. My mom has problems with this location and so does a friend of ours. They are not helpful or accommodating in the pharmacy at all. I feel bad for my mom because the Walgreens in CA took great care of her. The store itself is in a good location & has reasonable prices.
